I read a statement that said, "If you can't handle NYC at its worst, Then you don't deserve it at its best!" I'm all in on NYC. I'm moving from a city in the south and trust me crime and immigration is bad all over! Plus, there are not many women our age blogging and moving to NYC! That's why I'm a fan. You're never too old to make a major change. By the way, my youngest is a junior in college, and my oldest is married with two children. Think I did a pretty good job with my girls, so I'm so ready for the next chapter!!!!🗽🗽🗽🗽🗽

There is something really neat that happens after living in NYC - you all kind of blend and end up having this little interactions that make you feel like it's your city...that you share with 8.3M ppl. re kiddos, so resonate! YES and for celebrating a job well done! and one of the most meaningful so we deserve a really cool what's next!!!

@@geraldinebien I started it about shamanic healing arts (which I practice personally and professionally for about 20 years) so stuff like moving meditation/qigong, shamanic journeying, shamanic drumming, shamanic reiki, storytelling, oracular divination of various kinds, etc. But I"m a spooky weirdo lady so it's mostly filmed like a silent movie, haha! But I am also super into dark avant garde, vintage and sustainable fashion, so I think about doing a channel for that instead. I haven't uploaded in over a year, I keep mulling it all over. I had a dream of doing YOutube for past 20 years!!! So it was thrilling to start it-but I am also a hugely introverted hermit, so it was equally terrifying, lol. You have such a unique circumstance of being bicoastal and adventurous and an artistic approach to it all! I really sense you will go far with this! :) I've been doing my videos with an iphone 12.
Hi G!…The SINGLE greatest investment of time, effort, and money is your children no doubt!…I mean, take a look @ the homeless situation for goodness sakes-these are poor souls who (for the most part) simply had parents (who for some reason or another) didn’t take responsibility for their welfare of their own kids, a desperately sad situation with no solution in sight…BTW these are beautifully crafted vids, excellent content all around, thanx so very much!
Being an artist is frowned upon if you don't have your life together. If you successfully raised a child with a wealthy husband and can pay all your bills without working, that is status.
hmmmm yes appreciate this POV good to be aware of our privilege isn't it? Though my "wealthy" wusband is freelance but yes VERY grateful to have bills paid and time with my kids...as far as having my life together - well its a work in progress ;)
