I just got a brief for a hip hop orchestra piece and this was invaluable. I hope you keep making these Kevin, I loved your style. YOU IN HERE COOKIN MY DUDE
Man, haven't been on your channel in a while since Notonik and didn't know you are doing sync! That is dope and congrats on that man! That is the biggest move right there. Great vid and explanation of how to make a track for sync! This is a real gem for sure and the tutorial is on point! Thanks so much for that! Blessings!
Thanks for making this! Super informative and clear. I've been really looking into how to better structure my tracks for sync and this was a great walkthrough while making the track in front of us. and this really drives home how to stay a way from anything sounding like a loop
Man! Forget about film music or epic trailers. Nothing beats sports cues in sync licensing. That shit is broadcasted like hell everywhere and its backend royalties are immense. Bein sports I am coming 😁 Good stuff my man, thanks a lot 🌹Subed !
just recently started dipping my toe into the sync world and im making a album to pitch to libraries...subbed to this channel some great tips and tricks here Kevin, i look forward to more videos like this ...Watching here in Manchester, England UK 💯✌
Hey Kevin. Would you please explain how your computer is set up? Are You PC or MAC based? On my computer (PC) - Serum and Omnisphere just once on my computer - is a strain. My "C" drive is filling up. I like Toontrack, Spitfire and Native Instruments as well. Do you use external drives? What's on your "C" drive and your external drives. What is the size of your "C" drive? Mine is 1 TB.
Hey Kenneth thank you for watching the video. So I actually use a Mac and I use externals to save projects because things can get a little crazy with the ram if I don’t lol hopefully this helps!
Bruh You did this with logic step squencer? Thats what Im talking about. Im about learning how to use logic built in features instead of buying plugins i would necessarily need. Thank you
Great question, it’s tough to answer with specific libraries because they use cues for different reasons. Like reality TV, or even ads. The best thing to do is to create pitch and see where it lands
I was so ready to learn from you but I have been a Laker fan for my entire 30 years of living. I will now pause and have a drink and continue.
LOL I almost deleted the comment once I seen "Laker Fan" lol thanks for the support man!
Im so happy I found this. I'm trying to get into sync licensing and its good to see how different the creative process is. This beat is fire too.
Thank you man! Good luck on the sync journey it’s definitely worth it!

Nice work. Thanks for the pointers. I love my loops, tho... I gotta stop sounding repetitive to step my game up

Thanks for making this! Super informative and clear. I've been really looking into how to better structure my tracks for sync and this was a great walkthrough while making the track in front of us. and this really drives home how to stay a way from anything sounding like a loop

Yes please i would like to know also!!!!!
It’s from Kontakt at least I know that part! 😊👍🏾
I use Jazz Archtop from Orange Tree Samples
Bruh You did this with logic step squencer? Thats what Im talking about. Im about learning how to use logic built in features instead of buying plugins i would necessarily need. Thank you
Yeah man Logic is super helpful from creating things from scratch, def have to really learn the tools in it!
Great video, would it not be more natural to use the instruments you already have for the sting rather introducing a new element right at the end?
Yeah sometimes I do that as well!
I gotta remind myself to keep it simple
The best way to think!
what library you use for orchestra? Spitfire audio?
East West!
Great video man. Can you tell me what string & horn libraries you were using please? Cheers!
I'm using East West Libraries!
I can definitely picture Derrick Henry bullying NFL linebackers on this beat.
Me too!
Are Splice Loops/Melodies Safe to Use For Sync Music??
Great question definitely going to make a video about this. It all really depends on how you use the loops and if it’s really noticeable.
what kontakt instrument did you use fo rthat gtr? and what was that plug in on top of it?
I’m using Orange Tree Samples for my guitar
Hey man great content! Do you recommend any libraries that are on the lookout for this type of music?
Great question, it’s tough to answer with specific libraries because they use cues for different reasons. Like reality TV, or even ads. The best thing to do is to create pitch and see where it lands
That GTR plugin you were using, Does that require a guitar or does it come with guitar sounds?
Nevermind. I figured it out.
Simply Fire Bro Where the sample packs ?
It's coming soon man!
Sample pack please 🙏 Link .
Coming soon!
Dope…#lvdrizzle
