HOW TO MAKE | NOM POUM RECIPE | របៀបធ្វើនំពុមស្តាប់ហើយញ៉ាំឆ្ងាញ់ - ASMR

INGREDIENTS RECIPE: រូបមន្តគ្រឿងផ្សំ
Nom Poum - Traditional Cambodian Recipe!
1 bag ( 2 cup ) or box of pre made waffle mixing
⬇️ NOTE:
FYI - IF You don’t have pre mix package of flour here’s what you can use:
1 bag of rice flour ( 2 cups) in red bag
2 red star quick rise yeast from any market store. Any other measurement just follow below recipe here . Only different is the flour mixture.
⬇️
1/3 cup of fresh water or ( use this water measurement to blend the pandan leave juice * optional )
3/4 cup of palm sugar
1:4 cup of sesame seeds
1 cup of coconut milk
1/3 cup of grated coconut 🥥
2 stalks of fresh pandan leave make sweet sauce used as seen in my video or ( cut small and put it in the blender * optional to make green colors if you want natural colors and more aromatic flavored. If you just want to use pandan food color like in my video above then it’s fine too.
1/3 cup of pandan juice from the blender or 3 drops pandan food color that sell in Asian market store .
1/4 cup of canola oil
1 Waffle pan
3 Eggs is optional
Other sweet syrup and fruit optional
