This street vender's version of Canadian poutine, and it looks very good. Well done Completely different as ours which has only fries, cheese curds and beef gravy. But it's all very delicious if done right !

I get my fries at Burger King.
Don't squash the chips into the container! Lol they'll become mashed potato! I'm cringing everytime he does that! It reminds me of another street food vendor, unsure if it was PK or IN and he was making these HUGE fluffy omelettes, they were awesome looking, like those crazy Japanese ones. So he spends all that time cooking the omelettes, they look magnificent, then he squashed them down flat, completely defeating the purpose.
Same with squashing the frirs into a pot plant. There turning into greasy mashed potato and defeats the whole point of deep frying them crispy. Lol
