The fries look delicious & well seasoned but I was so turned off with the lack of gloves especially since oldude was all up touching the cheese & fries.
Don't worry they wash their hands rigorously, also if customers become sick they lose customer so they don't skimp on cleanliness, it's just that gloves are really not viable here
These fries are actually without any seasoning or condiments before he added any. And those aren't all salt n pepper, it is made of pomegranate seed powder, coriander powder, garlic, cumin, hing and few other herbs and spices. Supposed to be heavily coated to balance the bland fries.

These fries are actually without any seasoning or condiments before he added any. And those aren't all salt n pepper, it is made of pomegranate seed powder, coriander powder, garlic, cumin, hing and few other herbs and spices. Supposed to be heavily coated to balance the bland fries.
