Very nicely done. I would recommend to clean the carrot after peeling. When you wash shredded carrots, the natural colour, flavour, sweetness, juice is all wasted out. Being a chef myself , I know this will make a lot of difference.

Finally. A cleanish place. 3 videos I saw grossed me out a bit, with dirty floors and mouldy walls and a mouldy jug they used. This is one of the cleanest places I've seen. I saw the machine already clean from the day before and the floors were clean. The only additional thing i would've done was to wash the careot that fell on the floor, the guys are wearing the sandals on the floor which are probably the same sandals that they would walk on the bathroom floors. I would've washed all the carrots and that already clean machine because we don't know what insect could've crawled inside and just like us they also pee and poo. The guys were wearing hair nets and I'm pleased with that. They did wash the crushed carrots thiroughly. I would definitely eat the halwa from this place. Again this may be the only video I've seen that cleanliness is followed throughout.

6:50 Why you didn't wash carrots before crushing? We wash and peel them. then crush and cook them. Some natural nutrients maybe lost of you overwash like this....
You should wash the carrot immediately after pealing the skin and not after scraping the carrot.All the nutrients will go away in the water

Milk curd(khoaya) is not at its normal(accurate) consistency, rather it has more moisture in it. It seems thgat it is made from dry milk powder.
