One thing I would genuinely appreciate on these is the ability to hotswap batteries. Sometimes the winds here are rather unforgiving and make my scooter chew through its charge in the blink of an eye. I had this predicament yesterday, and I had to make the rest of the way on foot, dragging my utterly defeated machine with me, and only one thought rang in my mind during the whole journey: "Why can we not just swap the batteries should one run dry?"
Why do you not have the kickscooter D18W battery for sale on your website? I cannot find it anywhere. The D18W battery is horrendous I've had it for 7 or 8 months and it lasts much less now than it did in the beginning. Not worth buying. I'm going to buy a different brand of scooter I think.
It really is I’m trying to find a replacement cable to go from the console to the controller I’m assuming. But, I can’t find nothing it’s horrible to find parts and it I rode it yesterday and I think it went maybe 2 miles before dying.

Back here after actually replacing a battery on my F35 and this is the worst video ever...wish I had never watched it. Forget you've even seen it and it has nothing to do with replacing the battery.
@@ibmezouar what you mean like what? Are you blind? No need to disassemble entire back wheel and guard. No need to unplug all cables going from front to the power regulator. All u need to do is unscrew the middle from both sides and unplug cables that goes from battery pack and than swap for a new battery pack. They are showing here way too much that is not required to access battery. This is just lazy editing. They made a video on how to disassemble entire scooter and cut 5m video out of it related to battery swap

But where can you buy the OEM battery? Segway website has just about every replacement part for F35 except battery.
