Hello I have the swagger 5 with the blue display is there a way to reset it that way don’t work

Still can't connect my phone to the app via bluetooth
My will not accelerate by just kick and holding accelerate button... I have to put both feet on deck. Is this normal ?
My ninebot goes 30 speed on driver mode ... it's supposed to only go 25 on that mode will this fix that issue ?
Why would that be a good thing?
I wish mines was that fast, the max for me is 19
I tried that but an f2 comes up on mine. My scooter only goes 5 mph after I got caught in the rain.I looked at the battery but it looks too complicated to take apart and put together again.
Does this remove updates applied to the vehicle if yes good
I had it connected to my app but it no longer responds, and I'm not able to reset it at all. Please help more than the videoooo
