FDM stands for Fused Deposition Modeling. Not, Functional Deposition Modeling. Also what material are you using? I'd be worried using it for air, as gross stuff can collect in the layer lines and start to grow gross things in them(mold, bacteria, other things)
Thanks for the great videos. Love what you’re doing with the Chevelles. I look forward to your videos. They are very good and informative. I would love to have a Chevelle like yours one day but unfortunately I can’t afford your quality of car. I just have to stick with a Chevelle with headers if I had one.
Cabin air filters have to be one of the most useless inventions on new cars. I have a nissan and a toyota both with cabin filters. ALL those filters do is get massively plugged up with pine needles, and mouse nest. Guess the manufacturers weren't smart enough to NOT leave a huge open tube for mice and pine needles to get right in. And go to the part store for a new filter because your old one got chewed on by mice. Those damn cabin filters are $18+ each...WHAT A RIP OFF! I will take an old ride with no stupid, useless, and over priced cabin filters any day.

We use this simply for models, not functional pieces. We have several different material for functional pieces

Ya never know what the future may hold. One day you might just get the car of your dreams.
We always called the 9inch gear section a pumpkin.
Will you be doing any other Chevelles, besides the 69?
Absolutely, got two 70’s in the works right now. We are starting with all A Bodies right now.
Your thumbnail is a 1970.
