I call my own banana bread because I mix it soft and it comes out soft as bread and I drink tea with it. I use blended oats instead of flour because I’m on diet.. So what you bake is plantain cake but I bake banana bread. Bake yours and call it what you like and I bake mine and give it my own name.
They do have gluten free and unbleached flour also whole wheat. So oatmeal is not necessary the best . I'm sure the blogger didn't ask you for your personal recipe.
