@@JeffRandallDrumming I would but I don't have instagram I looked you up on fb but stumbled across a very old account of yourself? Lol I'm just looking for some more links to rudiment drills and patterns what you had sent me after my lesson?
Jeff, in my humble opinion, you have to be one of the best drum teachers out there. You explain and slowly break down everything so clearly. Thank you.
You sir, have mastered both playing and teaching drum grooves, better than anyone on the planet. There's loads of fancy, fast, technical, insane, drum styles, but no-one has quite mastered just playing solid GROOVES as well as you, even your 4/4 standard pop groove slaps.
Okay Jeff, two questions: 1) It seems like you have “gig chops” - that you have eschewed the flash, and embraced the stuff that MDs want. Why no gigs, then? [that I know of] 2) Where did you find the patience to be sufficiently challenged with the micro analysis you perform on straightforward grooves?
Thanks for watching! You can get the transcriptions for this lesson or book a one-on-one lesson with me here: www.jeffrandalldrumming.com/links

Nice one, Jeff. I do love a funk beat with a lot of nuance like this one. Cheers for breaking it down.

Hi. What drum mufflers do you use?
Very similar to If You Have To Ask
I could hear the difference with the hi-hat foot bouncing on the pedal. I’m just not sure how to explain what I was hearing. 🙂
