More over i hope it is the capacity of the son, but by over demanding by the wish of wife in the court, other wise all lady got pregnant and start demand money in the court.... Sir I have a question that if a person give Devorse to his wife and the husband had no property and no finance with him and as well as no job with him, can a Devorse lady demand almoney amount from his father in law ..Does court order the bill to sail the property of his father of law to provide the almoney amount to fix the amount.. Does it possible... Son can give maximum amount as per the need.. Kindly advise...

@@UttamKumarMohallik Sir i am agree with you, but fact is that does it possible to sail the property of the father property for the purpose of his money demand as I know if son has no property with him, and son can give the money as per the capacity so how does it possible that a son can give as demanded by the lady.... It is true that act is 25...but father own property no body can sail or perches without there signature... More over i hope it is the capacity of the son, but by over demanding by the wish of wife in the court, other wise all lady got pregnant and start demand money in the court.... So my question is only one place as per the section 25 ,does it possible to get the almoney amount by sailing the property of his father... Because over demanding is not justified...
