That was just how they developed them. It’s kind of similar to some areas in Kissimmee, Poinciana, Lakeland, Deltona and a couple other areas. There might be areas that have but you’ll find a-lot do not have them. Thank you for asking! That’s a good question to ask 🙂

Coming into a inheritance I will be between 2 states.
Master bedroom must be huge. 2 sinks walk through shower and a bath tub double his and her closet.
Some of these can be very big!

Do you use a certain camera ? Because you’re videos make the house seem huge and when I went to look at it it’s the same size as my apartment.. very small …only this has a garage 🤷🏻♀️

I herd in the state of Florida insurance policy are going up alot like two times the cost too have house insurance policy

It depends on the area. For the most part it’s down south like Miami, Homestead, Hollywood, West Palm. Ocala has great prices on insurance. I pay less than $100/month for mine 😊

Hi! Yes we do have 2 story homes just all of the new ones have HOAs. Like $12 maybe $35
The only fault I find with this home is the bathrooms don’t have any windows that is very important for me 🎉
