Nice house but they should have put more than one window in the Master Suite.

Insurance rates will depend on the area of Florida. Ocala has good rates still.

@@mariasantana.realtorMaria since the insurance rates are reasonable in this area, you should emphasize this, maybe even include an estimate. People are paranoid about the rates in Fl.

So we came out to Florida, specifically to Ocala, to see these new builds that we have seen in all of these videos on TH-cam showing these beautiful huge homes. We were duped. They film these videos with special lenses that make them look so much bigger than they actually are. They only show areas of the outside that they want you to see. The truth is the area is hugely being developed with new home constructions everywhere. And many of these newly constructed houses are sitting empty with overgrown lawns. We are supposed to go back before we leave and see a couple of more properties, maybe I’ll make a video of what it’s really like in Ocala. The only truths we found are that they are new builds and they are cheap, but that begs the question, why so cheap? We got our answer…

Hi Davida, I'm sorry about your experience. Ocala is a big city and it will depend on the area you were. There is a variety of homes at all price points and sizes. I will suggest to pay attention to the square footage ( I always mention at the beginning of the video ) That way you can compare how big the home is. There are areas that are developing and have great pricing and are going up rapidly as the area keeps developing.

I herd the housing market is good in Miami, that's if you looking to spend alot more for the same house.
