@@winwithwendoly Well not recently, we been here for a mere 4 years now in this home. We did buy at the dead tip of the right time because we gained serious equity and people building homes and reno'd one. You licensed for Texas too?

Those are all great questions. Property taxes in this area can be about $3,500 maybe even less. Insurance is estimated to be around $800/year and there is no Floor insurance required. 🙂
