Nice layout, only fault is it sure looked like you were standing on the septic system in the back yard. Might be an issue to install a pool or a large cost to move it.
So the septic was actually in front but for some reason they left the hill in the back. The home in itself is so beautiful and spacious. Great distribution

How far is it from Tampa?
From this home it is about an hour and 40 minutes depending on traffic as well.
Lot's of thoughtful touches, but I was disappointed there was no window in the master bath.
I think that would’ve made it all the better. It’s such a beautiful home. Thank you for watching 😊
