This beautiful Zephyr has been restored to the highest standard- to see extra pictures or to purchase the car please go to our website www.trojancars....
Can you please do these appraisals away from the busy main road, with the horrendous traffic noise...it completely spoils and drowns out what you're telling us.
I remember these and the mk2 before it, nice cars for the time, and a classic. Pity they weren't floor shift, easy to use for us 21st C drivers. That is the only thing that would put me off buying one for the weekend. Could never see why Ford Europe copied US style column shift? I did read the police did special orders for floor shift Zephyr 6s.
The floor shift was actually an external linkage conversion to the box rather like the floor change on the Vauxhall Victor / Cresta. The column shift is actually very easy to get used to and allows the Zephyr/Zodiac ranges to be 6 seaters. Umbrella handbrake too. Amazingly powerful wipers and heater, and that great chrome horn ring. I wish I still had the ones I drove as a teen, I owned several as back in the mid 70s you could pick them up really cheap
The Zephyr 6 Mark III looks very smart in white .
That Zephyr is worth the money
Your cars are amazing .

They did make a floor shift for them and were put in the zodiac

I prefer the column shift, nothing difficult about it.
Great car I heard a tin can trying to get in on the act then hahaha
£9.995 by any chance.
That’s not an original boot mat, never trust a car dealer
