    David, thank you so much for your generosity in uploading these lessons. I mentioned previously how I'd taught myself to be afraid, and I have realised, with your help, that I've been holding my entire body rigid. No wonder I couldn't walk freely! My feet were gripping, my spine, my neck, my throat, my eyes, my stomach... I'm a complete beginner, but already I'm feeling the benefit of understanding the negative effects of increased tonus, and how to begin to become aware of it and release it. Again, thankyou.
