    Found this lesson awesome as you were guiding and the lesson moving alongwith the head, eyes, arm and pelvis the breathing became clearer and felt vaster than before. Very grateful to you David for all the lessons and the guidance that you give. Thank the entire team for creating wonderful videos.

      @@FeldenkraisAccess Are the rest of the lessons also given by you, to do with the rib cage as a continuation of this one on youtube? thank you

    Another profound lesson. Removing tension consciously to allow sensing of other patterns of unnecessary tension via novel movement- its as though a neurological mesh, or holding pattern of tension for the body that has become largely unconscious is revealed and can drop away relatively quickly- thank god! Thank you david

    This was amazing! I have a broken arm and woke this morning with pain, tightness and overall contraction. After this session, even though movement was at times clumsy, I feel liberated, expanded, and my head seems to be balanced in a soft position. My shoulder stiffness is much improved. I can't thank you enough. I'm really looking forward to future sessions.

    Greetings! I was wondering if there any information in the Feldenkrais world regarding ribs flaring ? Thank you kindly

    • @FeldenkraisAccess
      @FeldenkraisAccess  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there, thank you for that excellent question. The Feldenkrais Method is not directed toward changing specific pathologies, but rather, a whole self improvement. That being said, if you are asking because you have "rib flaring", I think you will find that the Uncaged series will be very beneficial. How did you like the first lesson? Please check out the webpage to learn more and purchase the whole series (www.feldenkraisaccess.com/uncaged). And please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions.

    Beautifully felt lesson, David! A personal note here, in about 1993, I was trading my Hanna Somatic lessons for FI with a Feldenkrais practitioner on a weekly basis. For one lesson, she began moving my ribs very gently, one at a time. I distinctly recall that was the moment I knew I was going to find a training somewhere because of the feeling and awareness it gave to me. Your lesson is echoing that lesson 30 years ago. Thank you! And I must add my deep appreciation to Mark and Dennis particularly, for the scope and generosity of their teaching. 🙏🙏🙏

    Will this help with T1, T2, and T3, In my thoracic spine spine?.

    • @FeldenkraisAccess
      @FeldenkraisAccess  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for asking! While I can't say for certain what areas of your body will feel the most benefit from any specific lesson, I do think that there is a good possibility your chest, and the area of your upper thoracic spine will feel softer, easier, and will have more movement options. Try it and let us know!

    Would this lesson and Feldenkrais lessons like this help costochondritis? Wondering what the Feldenkrais approach would have to say about it

    • @FeldenkraisAccess
      @FeldenkraisAccess  8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi, thank you so much for your question, and my apologies for the delay! It is difficult to say whether any one lesson will improve any particular condition. However, if you feel inclined, I would encourage you to try it! If you have costochondritis, I encourage you to really stay in your comfort zone with the lessons and not do any movements that exacerbate your pain or discomfort. If you have any follow-up questions that require a prompt reply, please don't hesitate to write to communications@feldenkraisaccess.com
