I've tried several of these Feldenkreis videos.
It is the most effective exercise I've ever done.
    My whole body is freer.
My walk is steadier and stronger.
My face looks 20 years younger.
    Thanks,Annie

Such relaxation, softening, expansion in the face and also going into the body... thank you!

Yet another gem. So glad the algorithm once sent me one of your videos. They are all really helpful. This one is no no exception. Thank you Annie.

The image/feeling of a cat leaning into my hand is the key for me to explore this. Otherwise my neck was not happy. Very helpful.
I will try to find your eye work if you have that.

Hi Kathy, Great and welcome. Check out all the lessons here on the Face Playlist-- and if you like, you can join my Patreon site where I have 4-class series on the Face available on the Rockstar Tier. I will also try and post a new lesson for the jaw/ear that we did in my latest live online class series that folks found very helpful.

Thank you great practice, a forearm workout for me too to hold my head!

You are welcome-- if it feels like an effort, bend your head forward so it's not so much work for your forearm

My jaw makes crunching sounds when i slowly massage my left side of jaw, and feel a tight selling sensation and go off balance..

Go gently with this-- you may want to work with some of my lessons for hips. The alignment of you pelvis and hips can really help your jaw and balance. See the hip playlist: th-cam.com/play/PLrnMEMVXiYLwFUj6A2pEcHWcEKYTeuHgb.html
