    Yes sir మీరు కరెక్టుగా చెప్పారు. నేను 15 years నుంచి morning break fast చాలా తక్కువగా లేకపోతే అస్సలు తీసుకోలేదు. Only కాఫీ తీసుకొని ఉండేదాన్ని. అప్పుడు నా weight only 56. కానీ వేరే వాళ్ళు చెప్పారు అని బ్రేక్ఫాస్ట్ తీసుకుంటూ ఉంటే మళ్ళీ వెయిట్ పెరిగింది.62కేజీ కి పెరిగాను. మళ్ళీ break fast ఆపేసాను. మళ్ళీ weight 58కి వచ్చాను.

    నాకు break fast చేసే అలవాటు లేదు.మధ్యహ్నం 12.00గం లకు భోజనం చేస్తాను.రాత్రి 8.00 గంటలకు డిన్నర్ చేస్తాను. ఈ మధ్య ఏమీ తినను.ఒక టీ గానీ కాఫీ గానీ తాగుతాను. రెండు దశాబ్దాలు గా ఒకే weight ఉన్నాను.అదే normal weight. overweight కాదు

    Ok 👌 good more info:శరీరంలోని కొవ్వులను తగ్గించుకోవాలంటే మొదటి ప్రయత్నం.. మనం తీసుకునే ఆహారంలో క్యాలరీలను తగ్గించుకోవాలి. శరీరం బరువుకు తగినట్లుగా క్యాలరీలు తీసుకోవాలి. మగవారు తమ బరువును 30 తో, ఆడవారు తమ బరువును 26 తో గుణించాలి.
    అంటే ఉదాహరణకు ఒక వ్యక్తి బరువు 70 కిలోలు ఉంటే 2100 క్యాలరీలకు మించి ఆహారాలను తీసుకోకుండా చూసుకోవాలి. దీని కంటే తక్కువ తీసుకోవడం ద్వారా కొవ్వులు శరీరంలో నిల్వ ఉండవు. వారంలో 200 క్యాలరీలు తగ్గించేలా చూసుకోవాలని వైద్యులు సిఫారసు చేస్తున్నారు.
    అంటే తొలి వారంలో 2100 క్యాలరీల నుంచి 1900 కు, మరుసటి వారంలో 1700 కు.. అలా తగ్గిస్తూ రావాలి. ఎంత త్వరగా మిమ్మల్ని మీరు మార్చుకోవాలనుకునే దానిపై క్యాలరీల తగ్గింపు ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది.
    ఈ క్యాలరీలను సరిగ్గా మైంటైన్ చేయాలంటే ప్రతి రోజు మనం తప్పనిసరిగా కింద వీడియో లో చూపించిన ఇంట్లో చేసుకునే సులభమైన వ్యాయామాలతో హోమ్ వర్కౌట్స్ ను ఫాలో అయ్యి మనం అందమైన శరీరాకృత్ ని తొందరగా పొందవచ్చు

    Generally, we must give 12-16 hrs gap every day. To achieve this have dinner early by 6PM to 7PM then take breakfast at 9AM to 12PM (next day). This helps you system to perform it own function accordingly - It will keep you healthy & fit.
