    Hello doc, I was confused with all kinds of diets.
    Came across your channel you have detailed a lot of aspects related to nutrition , fasting which are vital in natural weight loss.
    I was around 92kg when I joined gym to lose weight , but started eating more due to heavy activity, my weight shot up to 96kg in few months.
    In 2024 I was heaviest at 96kg came across your channel you have a helped me a lot in understanding how fat loss actually works, I was able to lose around 22kg in span of 7months 🙏🏻, I am thankful to you.

    I got used to have lunch only besides jogging & gym workout weekly 5 times , no breakfast, no dinner. Lunch to lunch 24 hours rest time. Still full fitness no bp no suger ect. as for as I know this is best way to keep perfect fitness.

    I have DM and HT . Now I'm trying my best to do intermittent fasting with mostly pulses and sprouts. I'm skipping my breakfast frequently and taking my tablets after lunch preferably with pulses . Is this a practice helpful. Please advise 🙏 😊

      Rice ని పొడిగా పొడిగా వండుకొని , పచ్చడి తోనే , బిరియాని గానో, frief రైస్ గానో రోజూవండు lకుతింటే ప్రమాదము. మజ్జిగ అన్నముగా , అంబలిగా రోజూ పొద్దున్నే తినిపించండి. దేశవాళీ రజాలు అయిన ఇంద్రాణి , Mysore malliga rice పిల్లలకు మంచిది. రోజూ పొద్దున్నే అంబలి రూపములో ఇవ్వండి. ఆహారము ను Fermented food రూపములో ఇవ్వకపోవడం అసలు సమస్య... మీరు కొన్ని రోజులు వరి బువ్వ , జొన్న బువ్వ మజ్జిగ లేదా పులిసిన గంజితో పెట్టీ చూడండి. ( తిండి గింజలను గంట సేపు నానబెట్టి , బట్ట మీద గంట సేపు ఆరబెట్టి , ఎప్పటికప్పుడు రవ్వ చేసి , నీరు పోసి వండితే దానిని బువ్వ అంటారు. అదే రవ్వని పిండి లాగా చేసి ఎక్కువ నీరు పోసి జావ లాగా వండి, ఒకపూట వుంచి దానికి మజ్జిగ లేక గంజి కలిపి త్రాగితే దానిని అంబలి అంటారు. )
