      పనస తొనలు, సీతాఫలాలు, మామిడిపండు ఇలాంటివి ఎక్కువ క్యాలరీస్ ఉందే పండ్లు. అంతేగాని కొవ్వు ఉంటుందని కాదు. అందుకనే ఫైబర్ ఎక్కువగా ఉండే పండ్లు తినమని చెప్పారు. ఎక్కువ కాలరీస్ తీసుకుంటే కొవ్వు ఎలా కరుగుతుంది. అంతే తప్ప డైరెక్ట్ గా కొవ్వు ఉండదు.
