Hello @Cryistal Freediving , thanks for your videos, well done. I'm especially interested in blackouts or how to avoid it. If you're not hipper ventilated, is it save to return to the surface before the contractions started?
The general rule - you never know when BO happens. This is why we have another golden rule - always freedive with a buddy. About how to avoid it - Be careful with your progression :)
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING omg man , i freedive for 1 year and i always had 1/2 inhalation and exalation i mean 5 sec in and 10 sec out for 2 min and than 2 complete breath and go , my best static was 4:30 in best form , i try your way 20 min ago and I do 5:03!!!!!!!
When diving ~12 ft as I swim down should I keep holding my breath or take a couple exhales? Also I start to feel pressure in my ears/ face so I learned to pinch my nose with mouth closed and breathe out. Thoughts? Thank you!!

When is your next FITC(Freediving instructor training course)?
End of December or beginning of January :-)
Hay man , in breath up is it good to do longer exhalation then inhalation or just automatic breathing
you can, but it doesn't have to be (at least you doesn't need to extend it). Just normal "tidal" breathing is ok :-)
@@KAIZENFREEDIVING tx man i will try both , best regards
@@unicumcro3523 let me know which one you like the most

No, you never exhale underwater!
