Yes. Use SLS free shampoo and massage rice water for 5 min.. Leave it on for 30 min and rinse.. No need to use conditioner because rice water acts as a conditioner.
rinse the rice once (to get rid of preservatives) and then put the rice water into a container and mix it around for a while. once its cloudy put it into a spray bottle and u can put it on everyday it doesn't really matter. make sure to put it in the fridge so it lasts longer
