In a bowl submerged rice and maybe fill the water to the brim and keep it submerged for 2 hours and preferably in the sun to heat up the waste so more starch from the rice can dissolve in it

Plain rice water which you get after making boiled rice.
After shampoo use rice water instead of conditioner. Keep it for 5 minutes and rinse it.

Try onion juice.
Second remedy 2 tbsp flax seeds and 2 tbsp methods seeds, soak overnight in 1 litre water, next day bring to boil and keep stirring until it is about half quantity. Sieve it right away while still hot once cooled add 1 tsp of clove oil, refrigerate and when you are planning on washing your hair, apply generously wear a shower cap and wait for 3-4 hours prior to washing with the rice water.
