Just started Notion, and it was very overwhelming at first. I'm on day 3 of tinkering and trying to wrap my head around it, and I think it finally clicked. I am hoping that this will help me organize my life. My brain is so scattered, and I already feel that this tool will help me.

This was so unbelievably helpful. I am so glad I found this channel, definitely going to give Jenna a follow too.
I'm turning 33 this year and I have just recently started to think I might have ADHD. The more I research the more things make sense. I started an antidepressant earlier this year and now I'm suspecting my depression was masking my ADHD? I have no idea if that is possible. But anyway, I look forward to more content and finding the way I work best.

That is SO possible! Our hyperactivity can be super hidden by our depression, so once you treat that, we become a lot more...bouncing off the walls, lol

It's fascinating that Jenna describes Airtable as simpler than Notion because I found the opposite to be true when coding up my own version of my stash database. I tried so hard to get Notion to work for me but it wasn't allowing me to embed formulas within formulas so ultimately I created my databases in Airtable.
Using the tools that work for your needs is so important though. It can be tricky knowing where to start when a few seem really similar.

I got a question if u c this. How do you stop the negative self talk. And saying you f-d up again to stop doing it only makes it worse. Please respond
