    At last! A defence video that teaches against using punches. So many people think a punch is the best way to defend! Open palm an elbows up close on a attacker stop a punches been used. Great vid

    Good video coach. I learned a lot from you and a retired LAPD officer who taught arrest control techniques and self defense. He was a Japanese American man and his name was Robert Koga. He passed away years ago. RIP Mr. Koga. I like the way you grunt coach. It’s funny but also a compliment. I’m 53 years old and I gave up drinking 6 months ago. I could do 140 burpees in 30 minutes. I beat the heck out of BOB after a burpee workout. You inspire me. As you say, stay safe and stay strong.

    Thank you for letting us see, frame by frame, how an efficient high guard depends on an omnipresent port of arms with elbows always sustained.
    Just by watching, I could almost feel the traps, the deltoids burning, and holding the entire upper bust for both protection and striking
