Good video coach. I learned a lot from you and a retired LAPD officer who taught arrest control techniques and self defense. He was a Japanese American man and his name was Robert Koga. He passed away years ago. RIP Mr. Koga. I like the way you grunt coach. It’s funny but also a compliment. I’m 53 years old and I gave up drinking 6 months ago. I could do 140 burpees in 30 minutes. I beat the heck out of BOB after a burpee workout. You inspire me. As you say, stay safe and stay strong.
