I don't know if it was just a mental block or legit hitting a wall with my physical conditioning, but I didn't have it in me to go on. That was a month ago. Today, I finally got through every bit of this set and kept up the most intensity I could. Worked in some combos at the lighter weights as well. Thank you for setting the bar high and giving me a level of strength and conditioning to reach. Following this has given me a big boost in confidence and helped solve a problem of mine. I think it's terrible advice to tell people to practice punching with heavy weight. You're going to wreck your punching form and establish bad habits for the minor gain you'll get... That's why the make things like egg weights that don't get to a heavy weight. Many coaches/fighters that have the credentials to back up their claims also say the same thing. If this is all it takes, why don't we see professional boxers shadow boxing with 30 lb weights lmfao.

Keep it up, brother. I appreciate it.
Thanks for sharing. These before/after stories motivate
My brother as long as you stay the path, you’ll be able to break through any of your barriers!!! Keep training hard my brother!!!!

Im not into fight sports but Holy shit, this is real workout! I just finished my second week and I can really feel sturdier hits when I use the punching bag. As person who loves to workout, this is savage! I can't wait to see how much improvement I get in a few months
so... I guess you are into fight sports
Update?

Get it brother!!!
Reminded me that putting the right effort towards what’s simple is simply a recipe for success, great stuff!
You have such great tips and overall protocol. I am a referee with a degree in Exercise Science (pre research) A huge added benefit with these exer uses is that they for e you to move efficiently snd actually relax more.
I used to go kayaking for 3 hours with 10 lb ankle weights on my wrists... Try it! You'll see a change, just don't fall over and drown!
Cheers 🍻
Subbed today. One of my new favorite channels. Your attittude is on point and your way with words is cerebrally stimulating.

Saudações do Brasil!🇧🇷🥊💪🏾
That's legit the cleanest skipping rope form I've ever seen - Pure swag!
Alright. I did 7 minutes Jumprope follow by light jog. 5 minutes with 10lbs dumbbells was an absolute struggle. Followed by 5 minutes shadow boxing with 5lbs. That felt great. Overall I am smoked and enjoyed the challenge.
get it brother!!! just keep consistent with those 10lbs dumbbells and it'll get easier!!!
@@CHEZCANTERE this is my morning routine. Day 3 and I am adding some more footwork and getting used to the burn 🔥. Thanks for lighting that spark.
@@mosjeffinately7822 definitely brother!!! please do keep me updated with your journey!!!
@@mosjeffinately7822 Let us know bruh how’s it going
Haven't done boxing for a while.
And I tell you this make my shoulder burning!
Wow I was using weights to punch at LA Fitness the other day and hitting heavy bag with 14 ounce venom gloves ...I'm gonna definitely go to gym tommorow to practice ur technique from this video thanks bro 🙏 🔥
appreciate you brother!!! let me know how it goes!!!
Damn this seems absolutely fire! Seems amazing for shoulder endurance and def punch power. Thanks for the workout bro! Def gonna try this
Appreciate you brother!!! Hope you’re having a great day!!!
Thank you Chez - I'm going to incorporate this.
Salute brother, this is a serious training regime. It will build a lot of muscular endurance and really help inthe end of the round/ in later rounds.💪💪
Damn that's power and speed very impressive you can tell within the first few seconds especially the uppercut and hook
Good workout, I used to do shadow boxing with 2.5 or 5lbs, or 30 reps of front and side raises with 10-15lbs .. love doing like 10 rounds on the heavy bag just ripping hooks that seemed to help me figure out how to hit harder. I gotta workout hard again so easy to be lazy after work
10 rounds is savage brother!!! Hope your training is still going well!!!
@@CHEZCANTERE thanks! I dont train like I used to, but it definitely feels great to work the bag for a few hard rounds get the lunges pumping
I can't even handle your jump roping. 😮 MAD RESPECT!!!!!! 👊🥊
Guys like these idiots need content , they gona say anything
I bought boxing gloves and wraps yesterday. I’m going to be having fun, doing this workout before practicing on a bag.
God bless you, and have a terrific day.
Healthy, humble, respectful, and disciplined. All attributes of one bad ass martial artist. Training hard and staying kind my dude
Appreciate you always brother!!! Hope you’re having a great day!!!
Awesome and saved it bud! Thanks for sharing and peace!
Look when he's hitting those uppercuts it's like he's glitching.... insane. Love this idea for a workout, thanks for the share
Great words ❤💯.
Train hard and be kind ❤💯.
The world needed these words 🙏❤💯.
Amen ❤🙏❤💯.
i didn’t want to get up and workout today but this video convinced me 😭
Dude, you gotta be a Warrior to handle that pain, that muscle burn... You're not lying though.
Functional movements are the best. This guy is a beast.
Thank you, I will be applying this to my routine
Attempted that last night. Felt great! Definitely worth adding to your routine. Thanks for sharing
Good morning from Toronto Canada and thank you !
its love at first caption read and thumbnail…definitely going to buy those weights
Hey, new subscriber here. Just found your vids like 2 days ago and it’s a gold mine. Had a pretty severe leg injury almost 10 years ago & thought I’d have to give up training but ur vids are helping me relearn my footwork, etc. Thanks man. All the best.
Bro your form, footwork and body...are you a fighter. Terrific.
Definitely getting an up vote for "train hard and be kind"
IM 53 AND I consider this elite level performance.
newbies should start with no weights every other day.
then start using 1 or 2 lb weights and keep progressing as long as injury doesnt happen.
starting with 10 lbs is ludicrous
This guy is 💯💯💯 on point and I respect his real hustle !
appreciate you brother!!!
I’ve been doing 5min bike 8min weighted walks incline on the treadmill 15min run 5min skips 4sets of 12 burpees ab workouts side crunches sit-ups and Russian twist 6 rounds 5mins a round 1min break shadowboxing working on speed - footwork and last one is 10mins on the bag 5 mins combos 5min heavy hits I been training twice a day my form and jabs are not bad but my stamina and endurance is good can only get better loved this one for sires gotta give this one a go 👍👍
Get it brother!!!
Adding this as a warm up before my workout.
Bro ur on it... u give off that rocky montage type influence motivation
Sir, your training regimen is wicked. I need to save my chips and start paying for the subscription. Good job brother.
Hell yeah bro! I used to shadowbox with dumbbells back when I was in high school. Had some serious punching power!
Literally watching this video right now ty
This looks like a great cardio workout too
Wow......
You are extremely talented and gifted with that jump rope! Your boxing skills are excellent also.
I'm out of shape, but watched your video and just bought 2lb weights. Thanks for the inspiration! 😊
Shit his movement is just swift and insane. He looks like just the wind of his punch will stagger you...
Superb! Keep it up! Thanks to this video... I bought weights n started out on the same type of exercise you are doing...
stay sharp under fatigue.. i needed that, lately at the gym once i get tired i would throw technique just to finish the round harder now i'll be abit more mindful of what i'm doing.
This works. I noticed that I had to start giving more attention to my wrists. When I started hitting harder my bones needed more reinforcement to fortify against injury
You're absolutely shredded. Gob bless you man
Dood, I just found your channel. This is some of the most incredible shadow and rope work I've ever seen.
