    This guided journaling is all about reflecting on your journey with pain - where you have been, where you are headed, and where you are today. Ashton Cradit leads with empathy and compassion at the forefront. Through her own experience with migraines, she understands that sometimes pain can come with many other experiences like confusion, loneliness or frustration. She sees the capacity we hold within our mind as a gift that we can give back to ourselves - to dictate our own healing journey.
