i only ever did slow switch, washing out and side slipping, and overbalanced over the tips a bit .maybe it makes sense to go at a bit of a pace and lock in the carve....that is the key to switch alpine so it make sense to do the same telemark
hey guys!! i just startet two sessions ago with tele, and i am hooked, i already eat up mougles and cant get enough vertikal degrees for riding, but i really wana go switch this session i learnt it a bit last session, but here in st anton are the pistes not flat enough to get the muscle memory going. what kind of ski would you recommand for going switch in tele`S (i have a rossigniol sin 7 2016 180 , trying the M 3 binding) could you recommand me footage to watch or may be some other yt to seek out, i have a full session a head working as a lifty so enough time to learn fast. BTW YOU ROOOCK - fuck i really wana copy cat ya shit out of it ^^
the best is to have the bindings mounted near the ski center like on freestyle skis(which are the bests for going fakie), anyway a normal ski with a little rocker on the tail will do the job. if you want to shread it like the guys on the video i'd suggest you a freestyle ski. #spreadtelemark
That’s some of the best Tele Turns I’ve ever seen!
Damn fine control. These are not your grandpa’s 3-pin telemark bindings… this is modern day free-heeling downhill, and it’s awesome.
Those are some seriously rippin' turns and great follow work with the camera!
beautiful flow, nice moves, high speed. You guys shred it!
Telemark skiing on steep downhill powder snow has the same feeling as surfing on big waves
Yellow Pants, the Captain of Smooth

going without poles could be a help...practicing early in the seaon before the gentle slopes are full of crowds
Totally bad-ass, incredible!
What kind of Telemarkbinding?
What is the mounting position of the binding?
Under the foot - I think?
The orange signs that say ‘SLOW’ are just a suggestion.
Switch on telemark skis? With a Tayak? Oh, boy!
Holy shit!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing!!!!!!
I need to get rid of my karhu outbound s and get some boards like these dudes
