I take everything in moderation, especially moderation itself! Lots of folks these days, ranging from bodybuilders to mental health professionals, talk about the 80/20 rule to keeping our desires and habits under control without suffering knee-jerk reactions or mental fatigue. Eat 80% of your meals super healthy, then splurge on your naughty vices 20% of the time. We aren't programmed to always be strict with ourselves, but being "mostly good" is really beneficial. (In fact, lots of studies have come out showing strong and humorous correlations between being unyielding in one area of life and "cheating" in another. For instance, there was one a few years back that showed women who were on a strict diet were 9x more likely to cheat on their boyfriends.) Moderation in moderation, folks! 😅

So far, from what I see, the Malaysian government has done a marvelous job mitigating to the economic challenges that have impacted all nations around the world. They demonstrated to me some really smart moves! Their economic model should be studied throughout the world. I'm not sure if the Malaysians realized how excellent of a job the government has done for them in respect to their economy facing global economic challenges. However, just like every nation around the world, they still need to increase their productivity through a plethora of carefully-thought-of mechanisms. It seems they are already driven for this change, for example, through their development around the AI industry, which I think is one of the best moves to make right now. $25 USD for a meal at a basic restaurant seems expensive for KL. But I’m thinking most western food is going to be more expensive? P.S. it did look pretty awesome 😎. Enjoy 👍🏼
As a local KL resident, it’s not that expensive for a good restaurant and we’re used to these prices actually. Even going out for local food there are still nice, above average restaurants that can charge more.
I agree , I travel full time . $25 for a dinner is far from cheap but it did look good ... Wine is expensive in Malaysia ... Western food is always pricey ..
That pizza looks great! I think I'm a minimal sleeper. Might be hereditary? I get 5 hrs and then wake up. Tried to sleep in, but 5 hrs and up. Is there a monorail that goes to KLCC? It's a walk. The MRT goes right there. You are not very good at avoiding those mad and dangerous animals. Don't go to Africa or you'll be dinner!😂
In most part of Malaysia, eateries are audited by the health ministry of Malaysia, they are rated based on their cleanliness or hygiene. A is the most clean or hygienic, B is a so so.. and so on.
Living in hot regions also decreases longevity. Look around and see how fragile old people are in SEA. That is my main concern when considering retirement in SEA.

You are amazing, what you do is actually not easy. You eat great food. I am sure you have many foreign women after you . PS I feel SE Asia is way way way better than central and South America. Mexico and Colombia is so so dangerous, and I hate the stupid language
These health issues are actually very serious. World obesty are ranking all countries by obesity %. South East Asian countries are not surprisingly doing great. Vietnam(obesity rate 1.97%) almost at the bottom- ranked 197/200. Cambodia 193/200. At the very top...American Samoa (70.29%). The USA(41,64%), Australia(32,05%), The UK(26,94%). Western countries are in general doing very bad. Another reason why leaving the West will do great things for you. You simply live healthier in South East Asia.

I agree , I travel full time . $25 for a dinner is far from cheap but it did look good ... Wine is expensive in Malaysia ... Western food is always pricey ..
You keep eating like that, you will live to be 100 +
That’s the way !
AI will develop long life therapies as well
That pizza looks great!
You will be surprised how many rail systems and stops there are
In most part of Malaysia, eateries are audited by the health ministry of Malaysia, they are rated based on their cleanliness or hygiene. A is the most clean or hygienic, B is a so so.. and so on.
I quick drinking sugary drinks and lost 30 lbs. It really is not good for you.

Living in hot regions also decreases longevity. Look around and see how fragile old people are in SEA. That is my main concern when considering retirement in SEA.
They're fragile because they work hard till the end bro
@@nutzhazel Are you sure that's the reason? I saw "Q Adventures" channel that featured a white Expat (Ken) that was only 70, but he looked like he was 90.
I agree 100%
Hmm not too sure about this
You know the global life longevity average is highest in Asia right ?
@@RetireandGo Look closely. Top ten countries for longevity has a snow season.
We malaysian lost the war against sugar 😂😂😂
But i cant live WO cabo. If you go with rice choose your rice wisely, choose only without sugar/glucose and you should be fine. It is tasteless tho but that is why we have curry coriander lemongrass chicken fish mutton to be paired with the rice to compensate the tasteless rice 😂😂😂
But we are winning against tobacco ❤😅
Enjoy your stay bud
I understand
You are working on it and I support you

You are amazing, what you do is actually not easy. You eat great food. I am sure you have many foreign women after you . PS I feel SE Asia is way way way better than central and South America. Mexico and Colombia is so so dangerous, and I hate the stupid language
Try some locations out and try to find one you like :-)
These health issues are actually very serious.
Good point !
I think fast food in Asia has been detrimental
American influence creates problems anywhere. The music, culture, food etc. Not good for young people.
