- There are different ways and spiritual tools to disrupt the ego story.

Do you really understand the fall out from breaking the continual loops in your mind telling you who are you?
Most people don't understand the seriousness of the work. Yes, there is freedom. But the initial upsets that we may experience as we disrupt our usual way of perceiving, feeling, and thinking are important things for which to be prepared.

It's all about sincerity. When we really want to get out of the trap of the ego, we can. The tools are here. But too often, we have other agendas, and we have to see these and admit that they're there.

It does feel wonderful to drop things ( or people ) I don’t need anymore!
Dropping attachments is the name of the game.
However, I caution people about "dropping people." While some people truly are irreconcilable, this society has made it too easy to swipe left on others. We give up too soon and see too little of our own ego structure and the way it causes problems.
With significant people, I encourage getting external help and perspectives to evolve relationships. If that truly fails, then moving on can make sense.

We have to be able to integrate whatever experience we have. Needless disruptions can be upsetting, pointless, or even re-traumatizing.

Jim, your words just spoke right to my soul....I really can't thank you enough for this video 🙏Processing what I discovered in various disruptions +aftershocks and uncovering yet more & more layers is where I am getting my hands dirty actually. Meaning it's 'work' (paradoxically especially in the shape of learning to surrender🙃...). It"s quite mindblowing at times and far away from bliss or ascending (for the lack of a better word). It"s more like descending actually and what I truly desire is freedom instead of being tossed around by undetected ego reactions to all my wounding and conditioning. Sustainable transformation is an excellent term, thanks....! 👍All those seemingly little steps do humble me deeply and whilst being in the middle of it, I am actually aware now that I am being humbled and that's a lightbulb experience for me. You have been accompanying me for quite some time now, have helped me tremendously to ground myself and to stay present - and I am one of many, many, many more, I am sure of that. As I said before, Jim, thank you so much for being you, for your work and for sharing to help and support others!🌻
