As much as I enjoy watching you ride with the pros… I enjoy watching videos with your dad and brother and buddies much more! We need more Jerry, my man! He’s a beast no doubt.
I’m a couple of years younger than your dad and what he does is nothing short of amazing. When you are in your late 50’s you will understand much easier how good he does. Great day, great video.
Holy shit man that was a post card perfect day. Glad to see your Dad back at it he’s impressive brother. He’s in some frigging shape to keep up with you guys. I’m 55 and only hope to be still trail riding in a couple years but mountain riding ???? Enjoying life to the fullest Awesome Guys
Jerry is doing great, I am also 60 and ride an older mod sled 2011 RMK with a K-Mod skid, Raptor shocks, HM turbo with intercooler in the tunnel & Vipec stand alone ECU. I also struggle in the rutts with the turbo, it's a handful to ride with boost in the rutts. My first trip to the mountains was 1989 when we bolted 1.5 inch plastic paddles onto our 121 or 136 tracks, riding 500 & 600 cc sleds. There were a lot of stucks. Sleds have come along way. I have always said that when an OEM can build a light weight 400 lb sled, with a Naturally Aspirated 220 HP motor, then this will be an almost perfect sled setup. Great video Matt, rare to get blue bird skies like that in Dec or Jan. I love the 360 camera & the drone footage, I also enjoy when you show some of the bad Stucks and what it takes to get out, most people don't realize how long it takes to get out of a tree well when you get sucked in.
Love it. I'm riding with my dad as well. He's 72 and we take it easy, but it's still a great time together. Love the X4 framing at 6:38. I took the X4 on a motorcycle trip down the Oregon coast this fall and was impressed with the footage.
10/10 for Dad just calling out "i dont wanna get hurt". But props for attempting and actually make it out. Some times there is just too much peer pressure. I wanna see Jerry on the 175!
What a video thanks again musky still here advocating for the podcast to come back but just wanna say I love how ljp always runs the green religiously it always looks so damn good and everyone in revvy knows not to copy 😂😂
Good job Jerry. I hope I can ride as good as you when I'm at your age. Also really like the edits matt. The extra details to find clips of zones really adds to it
JERRY, JERRY, JERRY, JERRY, JERRY, JERRY, JERRY, JERRY, JERRY, JERRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone needs to buy that guy a Big Eddy Caeser for that pull!
Omg.. I feel Jerry's pain and frustration.. I'm 60 and it's hard to beat your way through the bush at this age. We don't bounce anymore and use muscles we didn't remember we had.. lol
Jerry here, absolutely exactly what my son says to me know. I used to cheer him on and celebrate when he conquered a hill. Now he reminds me of the things I thought him. ... The silent response brings us ol fuckers to the table, or mountain top. Thanks Jerry, and Matt.
Love the unicorn mount thing. Always tried for 3rd person perspective but couldnt get it right. Ultimately an advanced drone "follow me" at a few feet above and back.
What a day. Been a few years since I've had a blue bird deep day. I'm right there with Jerry, getting in my head and intimidated at what in front of me. Way to get er done, Jerry!!!
I'd like to see a whole video on your dad--everything from his perspective, like what he eats, his stretching routine and obviously how he rides the terrain that you kids rip up
man loce the videos! Jerry is the best! Living on the East coast sucks nothing but rain jealous with how much snow you guys have! Can you make some more team Jerry t-shirts!
Always great that the dad is willing to come for adventures but I could hear the worry in both their voices that this might have been too much for the dad
Matt, great content as always. Maybe on one of your off days you could make an equipment video? Everything from what you wear, to your camera and mic setups would be cool to see!
It helps keep ski's down, yes. But I've found that running it in the long position on deep days helps me climb better (with a short tunnel) as it helps me climb up on top of the snow rather than submarine the sled down into it. I find I get more stucks from submarining now with the limiter strap short than I do from trenching with it long.
@thatguyzack5093 Easier to turn out of a climb in agile with the limiter strap long. But it would do the opposite of help climbing in deep snow. Longer limiter strap would bring the rear of your track closer to the tunnel and your tunnel would drag on the snow. Which is why if you break a limiter strap your track will scrape on the tunnel. It'll wheelie and trench in both positions regardless. All it does is change your ski to track angle. Precision keeps your ski's and track parallel. Agile allows it to wheelie faster because you have that little bit of ski lift momentum. Great for doing hop overs or bowties.
This is the first winter without my dad. He passed away in April from cancer. Sledding was our thing since I was a kid. This is the first time in my life where I don’t even want to touch a sled.
17:50 I know it’s pretty basic common sense, but knowing when to call a run like he did is a good skill to have, and it just comes with experience. Within the first 100 feet of a climb you should have a general idea of if you are going to make it or not, and that just comes naturally with seat time on the sled, saves you a lot of digging and rolling when you bury it lol. Or worse if it’s a gnarly climb
Hello, I’m a below avarage snowmobiler and I must ask of you that you ride with the tunnelcam sometime this year, I learnt so much about foot placement while watching both pov’s at the same time
Your Dads a BEAST!! Shout out to all the Dad’s and Mum’s that got their sons and daughters into Motorsports. Awesome Video!!
As much as I enjoy watching you ride with the pros… I enjoy watching videos with your dad and brother and buddies much more! We need more Jerry, my man! He’s a beast no doubt.

Atta boy, Jerry. I’m 59 and I watch from the comfort of my couch. You da man! The young bloods are lucky to have you there.
Love your Dads participation in your vids. He is still pushing his limits and doing quite well. Loved the epic powder and blue skies!
I’m a couple of years younger than your dad and what he does is nothing short of amazing. When you are in your late 50’s you will understand much easier how good he does. Great day, great video.
sledding truly takes strength and endurance - and especially as you age. Great times!
He does good! I’m sure one day I’ll appreciate it more than I do now
Team “Jerry”!!!! He should be proud of himself. I am. Good job Muskoka Sr.

Jerry these young guys dont know what its like to be in your 60's and riding, hand in there :)
👍👍👍👍two extra thumbs for Jerry
Also it goes to show how much snowmobiles have evolved in the last 10 years. 15 years ago that wouldve been a hell day.
Jerry here, absolutely exactly what my son says to me know. I used to cheer him on and celebrate when he conquered a hill. Now he reminds me of the things I thought him. ... The silent response brings us ol fuckers to the table, or mountain top. Thanks Jerry, and Matt.
Love all yer vids, but when it has your Dad, it just seems super awesome!
First loveing the lightweight build and how little weight goes a long ways
Love the unicorn mount thing. Always tried for 3rd person perspective but couldnt get it right. Ultimately an advanced drone "follow me" at a few feet above and back.
Props to team jerry. Hes a trooper matt my old man would have definitely said the exact same thing. Your ridin my sled out. Lmao loved the vid

Your dad is an absolute SAVAGE…
Your welcome for encouraging you to cut in line. I still think those guys are still trying to get up that pull. 🤣
Shortening the limiter strap makes a huge difference when you're climbing, keeps the front end planted for climbing if it's steep or deep.

Jerrys the man!
This is the first winter without my dad. He passed away in April from cancer. Sledding was our thing since I was a kid. This is the first time in my life where I don’t even want to touch a sled.
Sorry to hear it brother but keep sending it and remember the good times you had and keep the memories alive
You and Your father are a couple of the coolest people I've ever worked for when I lived in Haliburton 👍
These videos are always my favorite
