I just realized when they shot the guy running out of the door which is how the door broke in the first place, there aren’t any bullet holes to be seen anywhere even though the guy clearly started spraying all over the place when he saw he was getting away
Its kindof a running joke in this channel to act like any movie they're reviewing is really boring and or terrible, regardless of whether most people liked it or not.
There's crucifixes in the road crosses, about 2-3 m tall, i think it was one of those coveref in snow, cause i don't think a tomb in the middle of nowhere has a cross made of carved stone
It's a nod to Sergio Leone's and Sergio Corbucci's old westerns, that often started with the hero walking/riding past a cross/tombstone. (Which also was a nod to old japanese samurai movies that often had the hero walking past a shrine in the beginning).
The reason the door shuts just fine when Mexican Bob walks out (3:37) is because Oswaldo and Joe are right behind the door to close it shut as was revealed in Chapter four.

Too many Michael Bay fans in here looking for a super hero landing instead of recognizing the genius of authenticity that is this movies raw story and telling of it.
I'm told it was three hours long, but I don't know myself because I fell asleep about forty minutes in. And I really like westerns, and was really looking forward to this one. Massive disappointment.
I dislike when probabilities in movies are being questioned, like, two people meeting each other in the middle of nowhere. If the universe has taught me anything - it is that anything is possible. And the whole point of a movie is to tell an interesting story, not a bland one.
It was probable that in the life of this totally average boy who was going home from school, nothing would happen. And that is exactly what's happened. The End. 10/10 totally probable movie, would watch again!
yes and its directly borrowed from boettichers tall t where bandits hi jack a station and dump the previous people in the well.from the story by elmore leonard of whom tarantino is a fan!also the movie is a tribute to the era of tv westerns which all ran this kind of story.kurt russel acted in them and sams name charles warren is alluding to charles marquise warren who wrote most of the scripts! there is a have gun will travel with people marooned in a stage stop one out to kill paladin which is v similar the villain is in a coffin!
That's a very good point, but like Lord Voldemort said, the water was already in the haberdashery since the time from them dumping the dead bodies and going back inside to prepare for Warren, Ruth, Mannix, and Domergue was very limited, I doubt they'd have the time or the inkling to do so. The coffee was probably just old.
In a snowstorm especially, you would think they wouldn't taint the water with dead bodies. Dump them in the snow or put them in the barn, the well is a place people would frequent often enough to see blood at least.
Are y'all really all that damn dumb? There's an entirely separate water barrel inside, that came from the well, likely well before there were any bodies in it. Unless they happened to run out, at that moment. Which in winter is pretty unlikely. And he said the coffee tasted like Mexican feet, not the water it was made from.
The composer for this movie, Ennio Morricone, who also wrote the soundtrack for the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, died 4 years and 1 day after this video's release. May he rest in peace.
The letter did get the major on the stage coach, if u paid attention this wasnt their first meeting, they had a state dinner 8 months ago, the deal about protecting thr bounty came latter on after meeting mannex.
There are actually several completely different accents in England. They are as different as say, any American and Australian accent . Roth here opts for the only 2 that are familiar to Americans, standard upper class posh one and cockney (London). Newcastle, Liverpool, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester accents sound completely different to these but they are pretty much never heard outside the UK, probably because audiences might complain they can't understand them.
Sins jump from 29 to 31 then to 33 without extra dings. 34 to 36, 38 to 40, 51 to 48?, 48 to 54, 59 to 55?, I'm choosing to believe this is a covert homage to Tarantino's disordered time story telling technique.
My dad and I talked about the "Minnie don't like Mexicans" / Minnie's-indiscriminate-hospitality discrepancy, and my dad suggested that the former bit was a lie, just to gauge Señor Bob's reaction. If he had actually known Minnie, he could easily dispute that; but his eyes widened instead, meaning that he bought the lie and thus did *not* know Minnie. Also, this is called a haberdashery (men's clothing store), but instead, it's a restaurant. How did this not get sinned?
No it's called minnie Haberdashery the same way you call a restaurant the great whale. Also wouldn't the blood on the chair and all the other clue enough to shoot him
Also, the haberdashery thing was in the script. "Oh. Haberdashery. I get it. That was a joke." It was also detailed in the script that Minnie thought "Haberdashery" sounded cool.
"my dad suggested that the former bit was a lie, just to gauge Señor Bob's reaction." I haven't seen this since it came out (which I saw on Christmas in its 70 mm glory, btw), but wasn't there actually a sign or something hanging somewhere that actually said no Mexicans or spicks or something? I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I remember seeing that.
Yep. I also think it’s Samuel L Jackson’s finest work, and when you say that about a guy who has done as many films and been in as many classics as he has, that’s saying something.
In regard to Minnie's convenient hatred of Mexicans: note how, in the flashback of the gang arriving, Minnie doesn't object to Bob's presence or treat him any differently. Minnie didn't hate Mexicans and she never had a sign over the bar - it was the fact that Bob didn't know this, and believed Warren, that finally confirmed his guilt in Warren's mind.
For me it was just the over feel of the movie. I am Canadian and we get a lot of snow, so a lot of the movie resonated with me. not only that but I really like how mysterious it is. I mean it's like the wild west, but you see another side to it. the movie reveals that the wild west was not only about revolvers and such but there was a whole other part to survival especially with the extreme weather.
Charles VanDergrift I loved the tension in the movie. These characters were all put in one room and you can feel in your bones how much they want to either kill each other or distrust each other but have zero idea as to why until the film reveals itself. It's great.
3:47 As someone who does unnecessary research on medieval hangman’s and a bit more modern executioners for a living I think I might be able to help out (although it’s a few years too late now)! At least if the judicial system of 19th century America is comparable with the European one. The executioner was actually paid by the executions he committed. The more executions the more money for the hangman. There where certain death-sentences more profitable than others and they where sentenced over the punished one depending on their crime. The _breaking on the wheel_ (a penalty where you get chained to a wooden carriage wheel and get your extremities smashed with a metal bat one by one before you are left, hanging there and waiting for your death) was the most profitable one for the hangman. The burning on the stake was also quite money-making and the classic _hanging till death_ was actually the least lucrative death sentence for the executioner. If there were just a few death-sentences the hangman was either responsible for more than one city or he had to find another source of income, for example basic medical help, flaying or keeping the canals clean. Over all the alternatives for a professional hangman weren’t that great. So I get that Pete/Oswaldo is quite happy that his income is a bit saver thanks to John. (English isn’t my first language, so I’m terribly sorry for every mistake here. Greetings from Austria!)
Very well written and good English. Thank you for the information on the history of The Hangman helps enjoy the movie even more knowing historical context.
Like thinking dropping a dying match on a wet wooden floor of a stage coach is the same as dropping it into kerosene. Most of these sins are weak attempts at grasping for minor quibbles, many not even being problems. But eh.
Guysguysguys, may I interrupt you right there. If you are taking his sins seriously then please.just.leave. Get a sense of humor or begone. We dont need no "Mr. Right" people here, since were just having fun watching these videos. Instead of ruining that for us watch something YOU can enjoy. Maybe a bible documentary idk.
Agreed. The attention to detail in the movie is next level the sins guy just isn’t bright enough to see most of the threads. The only thing he’s right about is it not being 100% realistic (like Warren shooting Bob and the blood coming dramatically from above the shot) but those things are probably intentional as kind of a parody/homage to westerns like when Django kills Calvin Candy’s sister and she flies away abruptly. If there are unrealistic elements, they’re there for entertainment or fantastical story telling.
John Ruth let’s Warren in so he can read the letter from “Lincoln” which they address later... He let’s in Chris Mattox because he’s scared Mattox may be telling the truth about being the new sheriff. No sins needed.
At 3:37, it shut "just fine" because the other two characters inside were closing and nailing it for him. We're shown this later. I don't know how you missed this considering you had the watch the entire movie all the way through at least twice just to get the bonus round edits.
@@DNotzz That's the whole point of the channel though. He's not an expert it's just for fun. He notices a thousand things we don't but occasionally it works the other way around.
@@richardzazanis4764 he does notice quite a few things though that i wouldnt really notice. The funny thing is.now, whenever me and my wife are watching a movie, we point out things that would be "sins" now lol we were watching "concussion" with Will Smith the other day and were noticing quite a few. however, you are right, some things he counts as a sin, are things that are meant to be that way for a reason, or are things that he has overlooked. My main one is when he is doing "pet sematary", and he sins it for them "misspelling the word 'cemetery'". Even though, if youve read the book, or know ANYTHING about the book, you would know that it IS purposely misspelled that way. So they didnt misspell it and not catch it like he insinuates. it was MEANT to be spelled that way
"got me on that coach didn't it?" This is actually true. Because they knew each other before then and what john respects of marquis, or rather, what has him interested in marquis as being a decent acquaintance, is the fact he found out about him having that letter from lincoln. So he sees Marquis as a man that can be trusted enough. So due to that letter, he knew he can trust him to have on the coach with him.
Loved the movie actually. Fun fact about this movie. It was originally planned to be a sequel to Django Unchained. Samuel Jackson's character was originally meant to be Django but then Tarantino realized that having Django in the film would ruin the movies atmosphere of not being able to trust anybody. If Django was in the film you'd be rooting for him the whole time because we already know his story. Instead they were all made to be strangers so you'd being thinking nobody was off limits from being the liar.
The thing that shocked me the most about this movie was how Chris Maddox ended up being the real hero of the whole thing...didn't see that coming. Also, most satisfying (fictional) hanging ever.
Dude, in that age, the odds of survival if the bullets misses the artery are still kinda shit. At least his legs won't be fixed. They might even have to cut it off. But I suppose he could live.
Well, he would be good in any role in any movie, perhaps even all roles. If someone made one of thems deep fake videos where everybody was Christoph Waltz, I'd watch it.
In The Hateful Eight you say that it was a sin because mini didn't give bob a mean look even though she is suppose to not like Mexicans. Major Mark West was lying about Mini hating Mexicans to see if Bob would correct him, which he didn't so he knew bob was lying.
If Mini didn't like Mexicans, that doesn't mean she would be openly prejudice to bob. Either way major mark west saying that would have made bob unsure of himself which is why he got shot.
-Dude make up your mind whether you think Minnie disliked or liked mexicans, just don't change it to the convenience of this dumb movie. "Either way major mark west saying that would have made bob unsure of himself which is why he got shot." -It wouldn't at all, by mentioning the sign he is implying she highly disliked mexicans, since she didn't did anything to Bob, he would had surely know that wasn't true.
The guy who made this video does not have the brain power to understand the subtilities of a Tarantino movie. Most of those "sins" is just him being too stupid to understand what is going on.
-5 more sins for the fact that Morricone wrote and orchestrated this score in a MONTH! For scale, John Williams spent a year on The Force Awakens and didn't orchestrate it himself.
To be fair, he did re-use A LOT of his unused score from The Thing, as well as sampling stuff from classic films such as The Exorcist. It was less a score and more a remix.
+Thomas Broome-Jones "A LOT" ? No. It's 2 unused 1 minutes songs from The Thing, used 2 times each, in a 3h long movie. It's not "A LOT". It's barely "enough".
MrPonyboy95 Oh, I thought he did in the scene where he interrogated a guy who did something to Mr Wallace. Or Am I remembering the right scene and just got characters mixed up?
+Eric Breaux well Jules (Sam Jackson) and Vincent shot a guy down for something they did (I don't remember what) but it wasn't in the dick There was another scene, though, where Marcellus is raped and when Butch (Bruce Willis) comes back and saves him, he shoots the rapist in the dick with a shot gun.
+Eric Breaux there are two scenes I think you're blending together. Jules (Sam Jackson) shot a guy down for something he did to Marcellus. There's another scene where Marcellus himself is raped and when Butch (played by Bruce Willis) saves him, Marcelkus shoots the rapist in the crotch with a shotgun.
? Probably would sit their like any normal person. They just released they could make a living sinning movies? Literally 95% of the films they sin they enjoy like any other person.
Also keep in mind that most of the sins they point out these days aren't sins at all. Unless they really consider reading a sin. Which... I don't know, they might.
Personally, despite all the racial ugliness and the woman abuse, I really liked this movie. I just chalk it up to the fact that that's pretty close to how things were back then. I picked up on the pen pal thing, too, though, lol!
I also picked up on the fact that Minnie was just as friendly to Senor Bob as she was to the rest of Jody's gang. Still....her random dislike of Mexicans can be for a whole variety of reasons. Many people have unreasonable aversions towards other people. It's not right, but that's how it is. People are irrational sometimes, and sometimes, what seems irrational to us may be perfectly justifiable to the person.
The guitar scene hurts my soul, lol. Everyone on set thought it was one of the props at the moment, but Jennifer knew it wasn't because she had been taking it home and playing it, she knew it was a priceless museum piece. Kurt felt so bad he nearly teared up, and Tarantino got Jennifer a similar one from the 1880s as a gift after filming because she loved that guitar so much. But yep, that's what over $40,000 of Martin guitar looks like smashed off a post.
Eh just some old crap made by some dead assholes from a couple generations ago. Plenty of old crap in the world and im sure they made a thousand of those suckers in their day. Fuck it
Plot twist: Tarantino and Russell executed a plan to destroy the real Martin all along to get the *million dollar shot* so to speak. When I watched Kurts interview about how it went down it made me think that only they knew what they were doing to solidify its place in cinema history. (Kurt is an ACTOR so it would be very easy for him to be “close to tears” and distraught. That’s literally what he does for a living.
@@josephsalmonte4995 What's bollocks? that the guitar was genuine or that it wasn't an accident? The guitar was real alright. The Martin museum no longer loan out instruments because of this very scene.
+Ron M no bro pulpfiction is cult movie and killbil is a bit quite strange but it is cool. in 5 years you would change your and will love this movie bro😉👍
They do, you’re totally right, I guess CinemaSins needs it’s own sin counter. It’s like they just glanced over the movie and tried to make everything a sin
WhatAreYouBuyen I'm glad someone else noticed this! In chapter 4: The Four Passengers...they show Joe Gage and Oswaldo nailing the door shut after Bob goes outside to greet the "guests".
I would've sinned the fact that Minnie and her family were shot in that place. I doubt you clean off all that blood from wooden floors without anybody noticing
Maybe not, but I can definitely see him and six of my wiseass friends sitting on a couch watching a DVD, knocking back brews and having a good old time with him.
Waiting to see if someone else caught that. Glad you did. It tripped me up the first time I saw the movie; I thought "Hey, that's a sin!" And Tarantino explains it later.
If you're only counting movies from the 90s and onward, sure. If you count every movie then no. Unless you're one of those people who thinks IMDB votes matter.
+Zack Radakovich When and where? I searched TH-cam for "Cinemasins Zootopia" and I scrolled through their video list, going over 6 months back, and couldn't find anything.
The only sin I’ll pay for is the sin of watching this movie over again and over again, this movie was cinematic goddesses levels and I will not apologize for perfectly every second of it. Quentin Tarantino opens the inside of his mind and we are so blessed to enjoy it
Cinematic goddesses? What the hell are those? Sounds to me like a bunch of movie theater Karens who won't shut up or stop texting during the movie. I think what you meant to say was Cinematic God, especially since all deities are men. If any gods were female, the universe would have imploded just seconds after it came into existence purely out of spite.
I can't believe he left it in the movie because her reaction immediately took me out of the story. I was watching this at home the first time I saw it, not in a movie theater, so when I saw that, I immediately paused the thing and Googled "hateful eight real guitar" and found the story about it. It's a shame it happened but at that moment, JJL was no longer acting and it showed.
I think this movie was good. I mean the ending was satisfying and the acting was great but I don't consider it one of Quentin Tarantino's best films. Django Unchained, Inglorious Bastards, & Pulp Fiction are his best to me by far.
"Inglorious basterds" one of his best ? HAHAHAHA, dude no. Pulp Fiction and Django, yeah, but also Kill Bill and Reservoir Dogs. Tho I agree with you on the Hateful 8.
PHNeutre49 While Kill Bill & Reservoir Dogs is his absolute best work, Inglorious Bastards is *to me* one of *my* favorite films. It's well shot, Hans Landa is the best and terrifying character, the ending is beautiful, and the dialogue though in a different language is solid.
8:03 the reason that floorboard fella just decided to start shooting is because the sheriff was about to start executing members of his gang, it was a distraction to buy his guys some time to draw their own guns, but joe mcgruff or what ever his name was doesn’t have his gun, and apparently Oswaldo has terrible aim so ultimately it doesn’t really work and only sets up the major and the sheriff to die later
you could drop a lit match on any hardwood creation in history and as long as it isnt soaked in fing gasoline it would never catch on fire...especially in a wet coach full of wet wood...that was a lame stretch for a sin!
That's pretty much all of the "sins" he mentions, a lame stretch. This was pretty much the worst idea for a comical review idea i've ever watched. First of all, not funny just because he speaks quickly, not original either (self explanatory) and worst of all, seriously grasping for straws at almost all times.
That wasnt the point. It's just the fact that people do that for comical effect. Actually my point is that it's easy to speak quickly, escpecially while editing videos so the opposite of you're very lame "burn". I see where you draw inspiration from. Grasp at that straw.
+Anton K pretty much all indie directors are, so that's not saying much. You ever seen a Nicolas Winding Refn movie? uhhhh... and don't ever criticize his movies because his fanbase is absolutely obnoxious, "You don't like Refn's movies because it's art and you're too stupid to get it, go back to your shitty superhero movies!" Pseudo-intellectual morons.
+Anton K well give the man some credit he's created more good films than bad ones which a huge number of people hasn't done that. hell all of his movies are arguably good you know how rare that is today
Is sinning every single use of the N- word really fair? That wasn't as much a racial slur as just common speech for when this movie is supposed to take place, also the use of it in excess is one of Tarantino's staples
3:43 YES! Tim Roth was good in this movie, sure, but try to tell me this role wasn't written for Christoph Waltz. I know that Waltz didn't want to be in this film, but Roth's character was 100% written for Waltz.
The population of Wyoming in 1870 was around 9,100...that's really small. I don't know how surprised I would be over someone knowing another person with a population that small.
I'd be surprised if someone actually ran across another person they knew there. While the population count is small, Wyoming itself is kinda big. People spread out.
I could live in a town with a few thousand and only know people within my immediate vicinity, 9k is no thing to sneeze at, not to mention information was spread much slower then. Hell, my neighborhood has to be under a thousand, and I don't see people I know occasionally, hell I've never seen nor ran into the one person I know well.
He's talking about Wyoming...the whole state of Wyoming. In all likeliness, a town would have like 10-100 people in it. So popular people meeting and knowing about other popular people is extremely likely with such a small popular in one state.
brandon242 I mean the song was very upbeat and like a pop song that it felt more of this day and age music than what enio did with the score to make it feel like a western
+KomodoDojo No, it was not the best movie of 2015. Fury Road, Inside Out, The Revenant, The Big Short, Joy, Jurassic World, The Walk, Black Mass, ... you know what ... name a genre and I'll name a better movie from 2015 off the top of my head. Snow? Revenant. Action? Fury Road. Western? Western starring Kurt Russell? Bone Tomahawk. Look it up. 50 times better and it is both a western and stars Kurt Russell. And it was released in 2015. I can throw out better 70mm movies. I can name two movies with Sam Jackson that are better (Chi-Raq and Age of Ultron). You can't even spell Tarantino's name. You don't know shit about movies. Go home kid. Lay down in bed and cry.

Because it's his favorite word and any time he can use it in a movie, he does. It's sort of like how in a lot of movies, if they briefly show a shot of someone's bare feet, you ignore it. In a Tarantino movie, you say "Wow, here we go again."
I know, right? Do these same people complain about Lil Wayne saying nigga or virtually all the current “rap stars” using the “n” word? It’s total bullshit. I just saw this movie on Netflix! And I noticed you sinned at 3:40 how the door closed just fine, and after watching the extended version in the last chapter it shows that Pete and Grouch closed the door behind Marco when he walked outside to meet Ruth when they arrived to Minnie’s. Not a big deal but I finally have a reason to comment on one of your videos lol. Love the content!
I don't know why everyone was saying this movie was bad. I thought it was an excellent movie. It was slow at first, but it really picked up in the end.
1) If I go to the cinema I want to see an actuall movie and not a stage play. There are good chamber play-movies out there (12 Angry Men, e.g.) but Tarantino doesn't use any of the possibilities the film-medium has to offer. So make it a stage play instead. 2) The aesthetic of the violence in this movie is horrible. It's just brutal to watch it. Django Unchained's violence is different. 3) Morricone made the score. Sadly we don't hear any Morricone for almost the hole movie. 4) Django Unchained is a beautiful Homage to the Spaghetti Westerns (even with awesome references to the original Django from 1966). The Hateful 8 isn't. - That's my opinion. I hope it was not completely subjectively argued. I can accept different opinions.
@Nico Schmidt Thank you a lot. I like your perspecitve on the movie. The feeling of being trapped is something a stage play could make you feel, too, I guess. But you're right it could be really intense in a movie and this really is a possibility of the film-medium Tarantino used effectively. Sometimes I like if the shown violence also hurts me as the viewer (e.g. The Neon Demon is fu**ing brutal but awesome) but in The Hateful 8 I didn't like it. I guess I'm also too nostalgic about the western genre in general. Again thank you for the good discussion. :-)

It was probable that in the life of this totally average boy who was going home from school, nothing would happen. And that is exactly what's happened. The End. 10/10 totally probable movie, would watch again!
Stop defending faulty writing.
"faulty writing"
lmao
Stuff like that just stands out more in a shitty movie.
Ew I just remembered that Kurt’s character said the water tasted like shit, and then they dumped the bodies in the well 🤢🤢🤢
yes and its directly borrowed from boettichers tall t where bandits hi jack a station and dump the previous people in the well.from the story by elmore leonard of whom tarantino is a fan!also the movie is a tribute to the era of tv westerns which all ran this kind of story.kurt russel acted in them and sams name charles warren is alluding to charles marquise warren who wrote most of the scripts! there is a have gun will travel with people marooned in a stage stop one out to kill paladin which is v similar the villain is in a coffin!
Plus Russell used the well water to make the new Bach of coffee so the new batch would have been tainted the same way
In a snowstorm especially, you would think they wouldn't taint the water with dead bodies.
I personally thought this movie was incredibly well done and fantastic
I'd leave out the narration and make the movie at least 30 minutes shorter by cutting out most of the cinematic scenes.

I always thought it was funny that Tim Roth’s character is pretending to have a different English accent then his real English accent
I found it boring he's always flexing that ability in Tarantino movies... Gets old, just like the Red Apple.
It’s pretty easy doing a British accent if you’re already British. Still a talented actor though.
Maurice Haynes America is much larger than Britain. And the British language doesn’t change that much in different places.
There’s north then south. Not difficult.
Sins jump from 29 to 31 then to 33 without extra dings. 34 to 36, 38 to 40, 51 to 48?, 48 to 54, 59 to 55?,
I'm choosing to believe this is a covert homage to Tarantino's disordered time story telling technique.

Also wouldn't the blood on the chair and all the other clue enough to shoot him
just like the sin where he said accidently meeting the father of a man he killed cause i think that was a lie too
Dorian Valkenhoff no Warren knew the son's name without eavesdropping
Also, the haberdashery thing was in the script. "Oh. Haberdashery. I get it. That was a joke." It was also detailed in the script that Minnie thought "Haberdashery" sounded cool.
"my dad suggested that the former bit was a lie, just to gauge Señor Bob's reaction."

Let he without sin cast the first sin. hehehe. Anyway, it is a good movie, but it is not 'perfect'.

This might be the worst cinema sins ever made. Half of these "sins" are just the video creator misunderstanding symbolism and foreshadowing.
No sins needed.

however, you are right, some things he counts as a sin, are things that are meant to be that way for a reason, or are things that he has overlooked. My main one is when he is doing "pet sematary", and he sins it for them "misspelling the word 'cemetery'". Even though, if youve read the book, or know ANYTHING about the book, you would know that it IS purposely misspelled that way. So they didnt misspell it and not catch it like he insinuates. it was MEANT to be spelled that way
"got me on that coach didn't it?"
This is actually true.

Yeah but Bob could have corrected him because Minnie didn't gave him a bad look.
"Either way major mark west saying that would have made bob unsure of himself which is why he got shot."

Ross Ramsay his name is not Mark West, it is Major Marquis, it's just southern pronunciation.
Thomas Broome-Jones True, although given he's the oldest recipient of a competitive Oscar because of this film, I'll cut him some slack :)
Dima Vasilev No doubt, Ennio is G.O.A.T. film composer.
And for the record I adored his score.

Wow, it must be just absolutely excruciating to sit through a movie with you.
Why the fuck do they count reading as a sin?
"I wouldn't question this if it wasn't on screen for 3 minutes"
_Actually, I'm fairly sure you would..._
I never understood why they needed an original guitar for the set? I mean, how many people would have noticed that's just a replica? Five?

I think what you meant to say was Cinematic God, especially since all deities are men. If any gods were female, the universe would have imploded just seconds after it came into existence purely out of spite.

STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THAT KURT ACTUALLY SMASHED A NINETEENTH CENTURY GUITAR🤣
Apparently the museum they borrowed it from doesn't lend out instruments anymore.
@@leelongvideo i wonder why
I can't believe he left it in the movie because her reaction immediately took me out of the story. I was watching this at home the first time I saw it, not in a movie theater, so when I saw that, I immediately paused the thing and Googled "hateful eight real guitar" and found the story about it. It's a shame it happened but at that moment, JJL was no longer acting and it showed.
Yeah, that absolutely SUCKED. What an awful thing to do.
@@leelongvideo Yeah, I think they have all the Martin guitars and they absolutely do not. I love this movie, but what a monstrous thing to do.
I think this movie was good. I mean the ending was satisfying and the acting was great but I don't consider it one of Quentin Tarantino's best films. Django Unchained, Inglorious Bastards, & Pulp Fiction are his best to me by far.
I join you on this one
"Inglorious basterds" one of his best ? HAHAHAHA, dude no.
Pulp Fiction and Django, yeah, but also Kill Bill and Reservoir Dogs. Tho I agree with you on the Hateful 8.
PHNeutre49 While Kill Bill & Reservoir Dogs is his absolute best work, Inglorious Bastards is *to me* one of *my* favorite films. It's well shot, Hans Landa is the best and terrifying character, the ending is beautiful, and the dialogue though in a different language is solid.
dynamite Perfectionist I agree that there are plenty good things in the movie, but overall it wasn't that great. But fair enough it's your tastes.
PHNeutre49 Thank you. Also you don't have bad taste yourself.
I'm honestly curious how you either knew or had the presence of mind to look up when the term "pen pals" originated
Jimmy bergvall awwww he speaks too quickly for you, poor-Jimbo can't keep up..
That wasnt the point. It's just the fact that people do that for comical effect. Actually my point is that it's easy to speak quickly, escpecially while editing videos so the opposite of you're very lame "burn". I see where you draw inspiration from. Grasp at that straw.
I thought the video was hilarious. And he talks the same way in all his videos. If you don't enjoy it, why do you watch it?
CJ Laity exactly
people give Tarintino too much credit
He is very self-indulgent as a director.
hes good though
Agree with you, movies are good, but in my opinion, no that good
+Anton K pretty much all indie directors are, so that's not saying much.
Everything wrong with Deadpool?
Everything with Batman V Superman?
weve all been waitng for deadpool
+Daniel waiting**
We all know there is nothing wrong with Deadpool. It is the only exception to the cinima sins rule.
***** yep, you are 100% correct my good sir or madam.
How about the fact that every line TJ Miller had was awful? Or that it wasn't funny if you're above the age of 15?
All they needed was a deck of Uno cards, a big bowl of buds and some cool music through a Bluetooth speaker.
That guitar smash should've been worth 3 sins.
That whole line made me LOL.
Movie was actually masterful storytelling.
Sinjin Smyth its based on a play
@Sinjin Smyth what!?
@Sinjin Smyth sir I said what because I didn t knew that not because I didn t understand
+ Sinjin Smyth You're right, you are being too defensive. Chill out, dude.
Dam straight chipy a great film
Is sinning every single use of the N- word really fair? That wasn't as much a racial slur as just common speech for when this movie is supposed to take place, also the use of it in excess is one of Tarantino's staples
who says this channel is ever remotely "fair"? They often sin the same sin many times. It's not math class. It's youtube entertainment.
+Firstly Lasty yeah that's fair enough.
Welcome to cinemasins, where the sins are made up and they don't matter.
The excess got kind of ridiculous in this movie with the use of the n-word
+KPstudios Or because today that word is incredibly offensive to an entire race of people and I, as a white person, don't feel comfortable saying it.
3:43 YES! Tim Roth was good in this movie, sure, but try to tell me this role wasn't written for Christoph Waltz. I know that Waltz didn't want to be in this film, but Roth's character was 100% written for Waltz.
For sure
+Joseph Dow You must not get out much
Kyle Lussier Or, and this is a possibility, 9,000 people is a lot of people
He's talking about Wyoming...the whole state of Wyoming. In all likeliness, a town would have like 10-100 people in it. So popular people meeting and knowing about other popular people is extremely likely with such a small popular in one state.
this video's greatest sin is for adding 3 sins for apple blossom.
brandon242 I love this film a lot, but apple blossoms feels very out of place
Broski Movies not to me it just felt ironic..not out of place.
brandon242 I mean the song was very upbeat and like a pop song that it felt more of this day and age music than what enio did with the score to make it feel like a western
Came looking for this as soon as i saw the Sins!
It's not the first time he's added a poppy song to a historical movie. Rick Ross in Django...
Best movie of 2015. Saw this film in 70mm and loved every second. Sam Jackson's finest performance. Tarentino is a legend.
??? really dude? the year mad max fury road came out you chose one of the worst Quinton Tarantino films
+Rhys Clark Interactive Media (RhysClark97) Fury Road was my second favorite film of the year. Ive seen 7/8 Tarantino films, but death proof. I loved Hateful, IMO he's never done a bad film and I enjoyed the hell out of it like all the rest. No need to play favorites. All unique and wonderful.
+Speeetz Eaasy dude your entitled to your opinion but I can't take what youre saying seriously when you think JW, Ultron, Revenant, Joy are good films.
+Speeetz Eaasy i saw the big short (really liked it) the revenant (snoozefest, but incredible cinematography/direction) in 2016 at the cinema, so thats a different list for me
That antique guitar even being a prop should be worth 100 sins
O.B. For President.
i was so mad when he died
Right, like he was literally the only innocent character left.
HELLOOOOOO, STEPHEN MY BOY!
*Kill Bill* is two films. I paid twice. It's two films. End of discussion.
It was meant to be one film, the director counts it as one film, it's meant to be viewed as one film
It's one film. Tarantino wanted it that way, but the runtime of the movie would be too long to view in theaters.
James Arnold I *might* buy that if we ever get *The Whole Bloody Affair* on Blu-ray. For the time being, my wallet has spoken.
But I heard and some movie theaters when it originally came out you could see the full version part one and part two and one movie
We still paid twice, no matter what facts you throw at us.
Absolutely nothing wrong with that movie.
yep lots wrong
+Edward Kenway 144 things wrong, to be specific
Besides boring as hell and Quentin Tarantino jerking off to it?
+Christopher Lehmann it was borig in the First half but in the Second half it was fucking awsome
It was boring in the first half because it tried to be a mystery movie and failed. Then it sucked in the second half because I don't know what he was trying to do there. Make an advertisement for blood squibs I guess. It certainly wasn't tense or anything like that. What a worthless movie.
1:18 John ruth knows him.and also want to see the lincoln letter again ;)
Why do people complain about Quentin using the n word in his movies when they're set in the 1800s and it was used a lot back then
Alex Neck Skrub Boy I think counting the n-words in Tarantino's movies is just sort of a parlor game now. You do it because that's what you do.
If you're talking about the channel, they do that as a joke, this is obvious. Now if people wants to deny reality, the so called "safe space" that we have nowadays... Well, it's their retardation, just leave it be lol
I ain't black but he uses it so unnecessarily. not just in this movie, but in every single movie he made.
It gives people the opportunity to express outrage whenever they choose whether or not they are experiencing outrage thus they use it as a crutch to vent their frustrations - Black OR White
Idk. I loved the movie!
You need to get out more and I don't count going to the movies as getting out.
wonder mike cant you just fuck off you were literally just making a joke about the other guys mom like what are you 12, you know what, you probably are
wonder mike why would his mom be watching cinema sins
wonder mike fuck you talking about, goofy ass 12 year old
Jams m XD, he's just like, " oh shucks jilerkers mom, please give it back, I need to hate more comments.... GODAMMIT MOM, YOU NEVER LET ME DO THINGS, YOUR NOT EVEN MY REAL DAD, GODAMMIT!!!"
Mate, Apple Blossom is a fantastic song anf fits perfectly in that scene.
I felt totally opposite. I thought the buildup was great, then it turned into blood volcanoes and unnecessary flashbacks about halfway through.
They were thinking of something along the lines of Django Unchained, which is in a completely different league.
Because they don't like dialogue and only like Michael bay movies
@Nico Schmidt Thank you a lot. I like your perspecitve on the movie. The feeling of being trapped is something a stage play could make you feel, too, I guess. But you're right it could be really intense in a movie and this really is a possibility of the film-medium Tarantino used effectively.
Sometimes I like if the shown violence also hurts me as the viewer (e.g. The Neon Demon is fu**ing brutal but awesome) but in The Hateful 8 I didn't like it.
I guess I'm also too nostalgic about the western genre in general.
Again thank you for the good discussion. :-)
John allows the other men to ride his carriage because he is not a murderer so he will help people
WinterSplinterM.II where is your pic from
WinterSplinterM.II John allows the other men to ride his cock because he is not a murderer so he will help people
Actually, Minnie didn't actually hate Mexicans. It was just Warren's way of finding out if Bob was lying
3:37 the door closing behind him in the beginning is explained later in the flashback to when they were planning before they showed up
