- This in my opinion amazing and well made production shows some of the effort put down into the XJ40-project by Jaguar Cars.
This film is split into three parts. Total playtime approx 25 min.
Part 2/3
Part 1
• Jaguar XJ40 - THE LEGE...
Part 3
• Jaguar XJ40 - THE LEGE... - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
"thoroughly dependable electrical system" I'm dying here 😂
That's a perfect car.
I'm wheeling my telly out to the driveway so my 94 Sovver can watch too! If only they'd spent as much time on the rustproofing as they did on the product development! ;-) So many thanks for posting this.
I got an 89 xj40, small amounts of rust, but ultra reliable, and now in 2022, these cars are becoming sought after
I do like the XJ40.
and the X300.
and the Series 3
and the Series 2
and the Series 1
and the XJ-S
and the Mk2
and the XK8
and the XK
and the XJ220.
It's a very interesting footage. I like Jaguars in this body, especially with V12 :)
Same here, like part one, i know also.. it is good car...
A car so quiet you can hear the munching noise of the rust.
The trouble with this video is that it makes me want to take mine out and really BOOT IT!...8-)
I have jaguar daimler 1990 xj 40 my love
AII THEAT SUPEAT BUNSIIN UP AND DOOUN
One of British Levland's few good cars.
@IhaveaJagXJ6 When Its working xD
Xj40 is an unbelievably quiet car. I would say it's quieter than the X300 that proceeded it.
Yes the X300 does make a bit more noise.
wish i could have toldthem to rust proof it! shame cus most of them rotted away!
There's quite a few of these making their way back over from Japan, totally rust free. specialist cars. net to name one of many UK importers. We've never had it so good 😊
Mine isn’t rusting.
They say "nothing left to chance" haha. What about the tappet guides that drop into your pistons if you do not install a "stakedown" kit or the dubious quality of the Lucas electrics? Or the impossibly difficult position of the alternator on the lower left side of the engine compartment or the glove box light that only comes on if you turn on your headlights. Jaguar's thinking is if you can't see inside your glove box then it must be dark, therefore you must turn your headlights on. I love Jags
The stakedown kit was for the classic XK engine. The engines in the XJ40's often outlive the car itself by margin.
If only people would care to transfer engines over to something else.
IN GANERD VAT NAT WATOR PRUF ON ELKTRONEKS . .NA IS IN THEAT SAMART .THETS WAY. THEIS CARS AR .BRAKIN SOUMACH . WN YOU DONT TIMK BAUT WATOR DAMECH..WAN YOU PUT THE CARS IN WATOR .AND. THE LEKTRANEKS DON FAILED THEAN YOU GAT ARAL CAR .
You avoid gimmicks 😂. That stupid screen has never worked
These cars scare me. They simply do not hold up well at least the ones here in the USA. Terrible electric issues and many other problems. The only thing great was it's looks.
