    *Tomato Spinach Delight*
    Ingredients:
    1 tablespoon cooking oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2-3 tablespoons chicken spice
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    2 teaspoons Aromat or seasoning salt
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 teaspoons sugar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 chicken stock cube
    500g fresh spinach, chopped and washed

    Method:
    1. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat.
    2. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about a minute until softened.
    3. Sprinkle the chicken spice, curry powder, and Aromat or seasoning salt over the onions. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to toast the spices.
    4. Add the chopped tomatoes and sugar to the pan. Cover and let cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes are juicy and starting to break down.
    5. Once the tomatoes are juicy, add the minced garlic and crumble in the chicken stock cube. Stir to incorporate.
    6. Add the chopped and washed spinach to the pan. Stir well to combine with the tomato mixture. Cover the pan and allow the spinach to wilt, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes.
    7. Once the spinach is wilted, uncover the pan and continue cooking until the juices are nice and thick, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes more.
    8. Serve the tomato spinach delight hot, either as a side dish or as a main course with rice, pasta, or bread. Enjoy!
