Or they just have their own opinion
Nas stans are the most sensitive fan base in the history of music 😂
I agree they don’t want to be black balled. And when the industry promotes you yes your numbers will be better but looking over lyrical content and “big n’ up your brother” nvm mind Nas cadence and content is for those of us that want substance 😂
@@Dafunniestvideo Jay came in the game with his own label. Nas had advances and promotions under MAJOR record labels.
Esco is a poet no comparison
Nas, the Pac that lived to tell his story. It's Nas all day every day 💯❤️🐐
'Jay has more longevity than Nas' I don't think he's heard the KD and Magic Trilogy 🤣
KD and Magic trilogy only reached a niche audience
@@ALexander-ue3kjvery niche
@SlackerET Audience is irrelevant nowadays, Good Music is Good Music...JayZ wishes he was as Good as Nas...That's why he ALWAYS Samples him..🤣
You tripping how Jay got longevity when Mas came out first and still rapping and Jay is not
@@ALexander-ue3kj 4:44 is better than ALL 6 of them albums AND it had more impact. In fact, Jay's 'God Did' verse had more impact than those albums loool. Lastly, Jay rapped better on that Jay Electronica album than Nas did on all 6 of those albums. Nas is not elite anymore lyrically. He's good. Just not elite. Stop trying to make this a close race. Jay has lapped Nas many times at this point and you know it lol
Nas is not bigger than Jay-Z even in his home village.
Yea that is why Nas kicked out Jay from NY back in 2001...because Jay is bigger in NY😂

Or maybe they just like JAY-Z better?
Nas is the 🐐 I’m surprised at certain responses, some are scared of getting blackballed ha ha
Nas all day...Jay Z just made u dance but Nasty Nas was the lyrical genius. Nas for me 🤴🏿
Nas for me is the GOAT, but Jay-Z is def top 10. I don't understand how anyone can say that Jay-Z is bad at rapping.
Nas destroyed him
How u get destroyed and become a Billionaire
@ggorgeous8729 right... and he smashed his baby's mama and left the used condom on Nas's daughters baby seat...
Nas HANDS DOWN 👑🫡 Give Him his🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
NAS is the true GOAT! greatest story teller in hiphop by far! No one can top him
Thanks 2 Slick Rick
This has never been a contest to me. If you want generic commercialized rap then Jay is your guy. If you're for the essence of this thing called Hip Hop then it's Nas. Nas will always be number one to me
Curious . Exactly when did Jay do commercial rap?
Nas the most timeless mc and he actually love hip hop. Peep the grandmaster awards. Y’all ain’t up on it though.
@@kindell1 Guess you couldn't answer that question. I can definitely tell you when Nas made his commercial attempts. Jay speaks to his struggle which was like a lot of young men. Nas speaks on the struggle in his own way. Neither were ever commercial artist. Don't let being a Nas fan blind you .
Nas held his own when Biggie, PAC, and Jay Z dropped. I feel a lot of people say Jay-Z because of the business side. I know everyone has an opinion but you can’t tell me Jay-Z in his Prime was better than Nasty Nas in rap.
I’m a hip hop connoisseur and to me Jay in his prime couldn’t be touched ⏸️
I can definitely tell you that. Jay is the better more clever, natural rapper than Nas. It's effortless for him. Jay has waaaay more universally accepted classic songs, features and moments than Nas and he's obviously had more impact on the culture than Nas. Reasonable Doubt is also a BETTER album than illmatic. Jay has the superior catalogue as well.

The last 6 Nas albums added with the other catalog I’m going with Nas
4 out of the 6 of those albums were average and Nas was NOT elite lyrically. I'll give him Magic 1 and KD3. The run isn't what his fans are trying to make it out to be.
