If you throw an elbow at someone and deliver it with a "shoulder-pop" (like seasoned pro boxers do with their punches), it'll be quick, unavoidable, and the impact will knock someone out for a while. By coincidence, I punch the heavy-bag 3X a week along with my regular gym workout. In addition to hooks and straight punches to the bag I also hit it with my elbows. Good video subject! Nak Muay here 👋 Hand/guard placement could be a bit better. You’re making horse blinders. You’re asking for it with hands in front of your face high by your eyes. Put your hand right on your head while elbowing and chin behind shoulder. You’d likely get clocked by a hook.
