Should be able to use a Bluetooth setting to connect to the chairs to control the heating and cooling feature. Should be able to set a timer for auto shut off

Not when you are reclined. It’s extremely uncomfortable to watch a movie in a reclining position when you don’t have a headrest. It’s just impractical.
I've had a negative experience with Valencia about 4yrs ago. The sells lady,you 1st interact with,had an attitude. I'm a very non-confrontational person even though I've been training in Martial Arts since 14. I'm 68 now. I tried to order the Tuscany chair with the free table and she wouldn't take my order. She took offense to the code for the free table even though it was legit. I had no choice but to buy from another company. I would love to eventually buy a heated chair but not from them because of her representing them. I also wonder will the heat eventually dry out the leather?💯 The Old Man! Julius🧑🏾🦲
You can have a bad employee experience within any company. Time will tell if the heat has an impact on the leather. Jessica has been using it every day since they arrived 🤣
