I'm 6'3" and buying the XL. I hope the lumbar support is not an issue because it's one of the reasons, along with the head rest, I'm buying the XL. Your videos are excellent, informative, and well done!
Great vid. I recently purchased my Valencia’s because of your vids. I got the Oslo and they came with the newer controller with rocker buttons. So the rocker does have a home button function, well at least on my Oslo’s. The recline button when putting the seat back upright resets the lumbar and headrest to starting position. The one thing I kind of don’t like are the newer cup holder design with the led ring attached to the inside of the cup as opposed to the old style with the led on the rim. You can’t fully remove the cup for cleaning, as it has the wires running to it as well. Only downside but love the seats. Keep up the great vids.
Another reviewer negative point was a "metal bar" that was in the XL lumbar area and not in the regular model...Did you notice that and was it an issue?
Few differences I noticed in the video between the two that weren't called out but may simply be tricks of the camera. 1) Arm rests are taller on the XL making for a larger discrepancy / drop off between arm rest and cup holder area which may lead to arm discomfort. 2) Lumbar support on the XL uses a steel rod that is uncomfortable (According to many reviews) 3) Cup Light location - you mentioned this 4) Controls are newer / dimmer - you mentioned this 5) Floor lights look to be dimmer (better) on the XL model

I swim in the regular chair at 5'9 lol.wish I watched this prior to buying this chair.could of used the code and upgraded to the xl. Great video just subscribed

I've had the Valencia Tuncany chair for only 2 weeks and the leather where I sit has stretched and wrinkled. The cushion may have compressed in the sitting area so the leather is now loose and wrinkled. Very poor for only 2 weeks of use. I see long term use as possible being problematic. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

But again, i see a shop here in the UK that does the regular 2 row non-XL tuscany, with middle armrest, for £1999 and Valencia direct has them listed right now ''on sale'' for £2399 (with ''free'' arm rest table). The XL version here in the UK is £2499.99. Which is nuts like i say, considering its £500 difference compared to its non ''XL'' counterpart.

Armrest heights are identical and not uncomfortable and I find the lumbar support on both to be equally comfortable.

At 5’9 is your head fully supported by the headrest or does ur head rise above it any?
I really wish I knew they made the XL prior to ordering the Size because I would have got those.
How tall is the riser? And how much space do you have in between rows?
The riser is 16” tall and 6’9” deep.

I find it to be equally comfortable. I use it only slightly pushed out as the seats naturally have a supportive lumbar area.
My wife is 5'3" and was wondering if your wife likes the XL or standard size better?

I would recommend reaching out to Valencia Theater Seating as their very helpful and that doesn’t sound normal. Mine are holding up very well.

If XL is just a "little bit" taller and a "little bit" wider, why are they much more expensive than the regular Tuscany seat?
