I admire your patience and perserverence. I will try to be as patient with my attempt to fix mine. Some of the camera angles are off and we cannot see what you are doing at critical points.
my latch is worn out on my 06., thinking of going to a salvage yard and get a passenger side latch becsause the drivers side would likely be worn out too dont know if pass and drivers side are the same. my latch works but I have to push down fast, and sometimes it latches.
I have the same problem...but I just need to get the damn thing off so I ca. send it in. A 50 minute video means 5 hours for me. No thanks. But thanks for showing me how to remove the part.
Finally got it fixed. The female torx wrench to get the seats off was actually different from what all the guides said. The one for the bolt for the seat belt was right. Managed to get my seatbelt fixed from some online service for $80 while the mechanic didn't want to fix it, he wanted to put in an entirely new assembly for like $350. It was a headache, but it's done.
