I hear more scumbag 911 operators than good and understanding helpful ones. It’s actually quite shocking.
How this happens is that 911 operators often get silly or petty calls like a drunken brawl or someone's car broke down or prank calls... Eventually these operators are drained and when there's an actual important call they mistake it for yet another petty call until its too late. Sad vicious cycle

I also live in America and you’re right, not all cops are like this, but the ones that are make the police force corrupt. Well really, it was corrupt from the beginning but that would take forever to explain. Anyways, the cops that don’t do their jobs right don’t get fair punishment for it. Maybe it’s not as prominent where you live, but to me the police force and criminal justice system should be rebuilt from scratch.

I just realized that most of the way a story is perceived is how it is told. I remember hearing a comedian telling a story about a near death experience as a joke. If that same story was told in a format like this it would be way more frightening.

In Canada, I think if you are a first responder and someone dies because you did not give assistance and you could and should have, you can get sued.

I also had my friend there to so we just joked around most of the time but man I konya wish sometimes something creepy like this would happen to me just to see how my instincts would work it out because you always say you'll do this or that but will your BODY do that. What is with the police in these stories?! Hour and a half and STILL no police, WTF!
Ive called the police NonEmergancy # at work for suspicious activity and even stated that they were not openly threatening, 3 cruisers were there within 15min of me hanging up.
Other employees have had the call the cops for similar situations at least 2 or 3 other times and the cops r always there within 20 mins.
There are many places around the world that have hours long wait times for police or an ambulance ..... they attend the most critical first ..... you cannot rush an emergency!!

Man, here in Brazil the police won't even answer the phone! And if they do it'll take at least 3 hours for them to come. Once three men tried to break into my house and the energy number was occupied, I had to call a bunch of family members to come and help...

@@ShiftTheMatrixGaming there's really nothing we can do here, during protests the police gets violent and the people get hurt or arrested with little to no reason. There's no education, police, health, respect... Its really a violent country, we do what we can to defend ourselves against it.
