What I generally do :
1. I have a passion (video editing, basketball, storytelling, quiz of general knowledge, public speaking)
2. I know interesting things (because I have a great general knowledge, tell me your country I will say a lot of things about it for instance.
4. Listen to people : I have always been a good listener. And what Alux said about it is true. I feel it.
5. Storytelling: Yes, i know how to tell great stories.
6. Don't be quiet about your opinions: I always share my opinion. I don't care about what people will say, if there is respect.
9. Be confident: I am always confident.
10. Avoid controversial subjects : if there is mutual respect in the conversation, I can talk about it. Otherwise, I don't.
11. Ask questions: questions are like the sugar in the Moroccan tea for me.
13. Humour : It's something which comes naturally for me. Especially with girls.
15: Be geniune : I always try to tell the truth about myself. If you don't like, I don't care. Truth is better.
What to improve :
3. Embrace your weirdness : I know I'm weird but sometimes I hide it. It's because I wanted to fit in a group. I should work on it. To myself more.
8. Be mysterious : unfortunately I tell everything about me. I kill the mystery. Should work on that.
14 : Develop geniune friendships: the cause is I don't have always time for friends. I should work on that.
I'm neutral about :
7. Pick new hobbies : we'll see after. I already have so many.
10. Understand who you are : I know who I am but I should work on it more.

No matter how charming you might be you come across as too full of yourself.
As a former Post Newsweek investigative reporter I have always found you will never have to worry if you remember the 5 Ws and H: WHO, WHEN, WHERE, WHY, WHAT and HOW!
Authenticity is absolutely key imo. But I'm not the best person to advise about being a more interesting person. Building relationships is without question the hardest thing for me. Never stop trying buy it is a weakness for sure.....

Here are "my two cents": To be interesting all you have to do is give your opinion on any subject and I can guarantee someone will hate it, regardless of what it is. Now, to be genuine... That's a bit more difficult because of all of the insecurities we carry.

Idea to be interesting: I write down facts from books, memorize the facts, so I have something to share with people want to know for themselves or others. Example: "Life Force" by Tony Robbins, states the company Biosplice will market injectable cartilage in 2023, so hip, knee, and shoulder replacement surgeries won't be necessary.
Idea to remember names: Picture that person in a movie or play in a role by that name. Example: "Miranda", picture her in "Sex and the City" as Miranda.
