I haven’t tuned in in a while but you literally have all the hobbies I enjoy or are learning. Motorcycles, workouts, golfing, PC gaming. I currently have a gaming laptop but plan on building a mid level PC later on.

Next for Jaret...A racing simulator! I'm neck deep in the racing sims. Got a simulator, direct drive wheel base, pedals the works. The realism is amazing. If you ever decide to go down that road I can tip you to the best games and hardware. Now it's time to upgrade my PC. Teens is more wothin my $$ reach but your is amazing! Enjoy!!

great vid..I too bought my 4th desktop from DS,..and went this time with Lumos,..I am an older 60+ retired combat Veteran and long time pc gamer,..because of bad anxiety and PTSD, I haven't built a gaming pc since 2012,..but have been a customer of DS since. Fantastic company..and their products are phenomenal

You might try going to a larger format monitor. Its still shirked by many but I am on a 42" asus oled. Wouldnt have it any other way. The 4090 will handle it just fine. Used to do split displays, but got tired of the bezels meeting. You wont need liquid cooling unless you want to overclock. Just my 2cents.
I ordered a Digital Storm Lumos myself on December 8th :) I didn't pay for priority shipping and they still haven't started building it yet (process is only on Stage 2) but I'm so excited to get it!

It's kind of fun to watch you buy a whole new rig when you could have just replaced your video card. The new rig does look 🔥 and don't worry liquid cooling isn't necessarily the best way to cool all your hardware. Air circulation can be just as effective and you have a ton of it.

Nice rig. Digital Storm is about the only company I'd use if I didn't build 'em myself, good choice.
If you want to control the Ram RGB you'll need to download software for it like asus armory crate

Congrats on the new rig. I hope you have a better experience with Digital storm then I did. My rig sucked from day one and I never could get them to help, I kept it for a month before trashing it and going with a different company. I hope you will love it, that's the important part.

@@JaretCampisi ram problems, over clocking problems, unstable. Lots of little things that added up to a sub par machine. And I really didn't like there customer service. I spent almost as much as you did, and it was not worth it. But like I said it was my experience, I hope you get years of enjoyment out of yours. I hope you keep us updated on how you like it and how it's working.

That's a sick computer, I just did the same so I could play D4 ,but man you got top of the line components, at least now that it came out when it rains & I can't ride I know I'll be grinding for loot, enjoy the game & ride safe man.

it can take a few weeks so be patient it will be worth it!

Cool Pc. As a gamer/streamer myself I understand what these things mean. The only criticism I would say is regarding the 4090. I have a 3080 as it does the job and more. When the 40 series came out I was struggling to understand what benefit it would have. The real only benefit I would say was for mining. Yes upgrading to the latest does somewhat futureproof your PC but the 40 series isn't really giving you much more than the 30 series as far as gaming, streaming and general PC use goes. It's a hefty price tag too for what you get. Probably out of most users price range. All in all though your PC is top notch. You should be proud 🙂
how as the liquid cooling held up since you got it? I'm buying a similar pc and wondering the quality of the aio cooler

So you probably know counter strike source. We had our own server in Sweden. We have software developers. In their spare time were game crackers. Creating an image on a disc. All good stuff. But I built my own rig. But that that rig you have is awesome. 64 gig memory I guess.

Liquid cooling would have been the way to go for an additional grand! So, yeah! Plus it’s closed circuit.There is a lot more you could have added. Just saying!

haha nah we usually only game in the evenings or at night once we are done with everything else.
Now the only thing remains to complete the set up in a Cluvens Scorpion Gaming Chair.

Maybe you should use your old pc as your streaming pc and your new one as your gaming pc. Your streams and games could have even better performance.
Gaming nerd who loves to ride. League of Legends buddies would be surprised I ride a Triumph Speed Triple. Riding buddies have no idea I like gaming. BTW - some of the mods I have seen on this channel i have done on my bikes. For example - tinting headlight on my last moto - clear tygon tubing on last and current bike.

I did consider that but everything I've researched said the current intel processors are a little better overall

Just a fyi don’t remove that plastic wrap on the glass while the pc is on, it can cause a static shock that can completely fry your pc 😂 good video none the less nice setup!

I’m going to have to watch some twitch of yours.. didn’t even know you were a big gamer.. I used to play games a ton, but then I got a life.. I do miss playing with the bros (chatting it up on vent) and running raids all night long.. I was big into anarchy online, world of Warcraft, Diablo and the call of duty’s and counter strike back in the old days.
Been a long time subscriber and I am really glad you like your computers same as the bikes like me. if ever in the future you would want a custom water-cooled pc just let me know and I would gladly make a bad ass pc for you.

Defuse the LED lighting come on, you spent 5k on a PC but cheap aluminum railing and milky defusing strip would make the aesthetics of the LED look so much more professional. But If you're gonna drop that much on a PC you could have done that for the lighting. Also the LED rope that was used on the walls looks great in the corners.
Later, they will be wishing that stockpiled that cash in a retirement fund.
