Nothing worse than getting home after your first ride to find your brand new bike leaking oil...thank god Warhorse of Camp Hill got everything sorted out! And it was all covered under warranty through Ducati so I didn't have to pay a cent. Now which mods should we do next?
Exhaust for sure
@@Chandlerd17gotta wait until it’s broken in to do that for sure
It cost so much you can even get mad and kick it 😂😂😂😂
🇵🇷😳😱👍♥️
Awesome. Glad its back. You know the deal. exhaust first. Akra Slip on with the racing evo up-map and sprint filter.😄😁 That garage is going to be 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥!
Doesn’t matter what brand we like, it’s all mechanical and can fail at times. Great you are being transparent and honest, I’m sure you will get much enjoyment once fixed, and riding it again. It’s a sweet bike!
Been so freaking nice to finally ride this again and all is well so far!
Thank you for coming clean on it. When Manny first reported the problem, the only thing I could say to myself was I sure hope it isn't the engine case.
Ducati V4 Streetfighters have been leaking oil since it came out in 2020. I figured Ducati had ironed the problems out by now and I considered getting a 2023 SFV4 but after seeing your brand new bike leaking I will pass . What a shame, such a sick bike but Ducati is not known for its reliability, reason I stick with Japanese bikes. The only bikes I ever had problems with were Italian (Ducati and Aprilia) or Chinese.
It's sad that this happens when you pay a fortune for a bike and it fails like this something is wrongly wrong
I understand exactly how you feel. Bought a brand new Diavel 1260S two years ago, and its been an endless source of problems... the bike is being "fixed" for the 6th, 7th time, can't remember, as I'm writting this. My first and last Ducati.
Chose the wrong one, bud.
Test drove a ducati once - it broke down on me twice, true story!
That floor is awesome!!!! Can't wait to see your final garage build.
Hi guys, just saw your latest video on your motorbike and also at the end showing the garage floor. That looks absolutely sick. Well done
Glad this video showed up on my feed, my new Streetfighter SP2 should be here next month and I'll have to keep a close eye on the pan and coolant lines.
Cool 😎 . The garage floor looks awesome. You could put a Mini Split in each garage for heat and ac .
That Garage floor looks absolutely sensational. Cant wait to see it finished.
No doubt, that Streetfighter is a stunning piece of machinery. Also the garage floor, it looks like polished granite. I am picturing the Streetfighter parked right in the middle for a photo shoot. Nice!
That sucks man, glad you got it fixed though, the video when you pick it up showed how excited you where I can only imagine you're frustration when you saw that leak. That is one beautiful bike though.
That floor looks Awesome !!!!!!!
👍🏻😎👍🏻
Yeah I knew they would get it fixed but having to take my brand new bike back to the shop and it sitting there for almost two months was a major buzzkill
Glad the SF got fixed. Hopefully it stays good. and those floors look amazing!
Whenever you replace that exhaust, I’ll take the stock exhaust off your hands if it fits my ‘21 SFV4S. Lmk how much. Thanks!
Love the channel btw
Jaret you need those overhead lights that all the detailers have. With that floor it would look insane.
2023-Kawasaki ZX-10-RR , absolutely 0 oil leaks or problems!!! An absolute dream of a bike to ride!! And yes I have had several Ducati’s V-4 Streetfighter. Just something about the confidence at 200-mph that the bike under you (Kawasaki) isn’t going to leak oil or fall apart 😂
No oil leaks on mine yet. But occasional not shifting right 3-4th gear. Feels like going into neutral, then catches. When accelerating briskly using the quick shifter.
The floor looks amazing looks like if you step on it your going to fall in nice work
garage floor looks fantastic!
I don't blame you for feeling some sorta way towards the bike after having issues immediately. Once you make it yours and do mods it'll go away I'm sure. I saw the installing of that garage floor as well and I wasn't sure about it because I thought it was staying as blotches when he was pouring it out of the buckets. But seeing how they mixed it and added some spark to it... DAM, good choice by yall.
haha yeah def super happy with the garage and just ordered new trim and looking at storage containers etc. Gonna look so good once its done!
So happy the bike has been sorted. Nice looking garage. Good that you have decided to start building your own garage for the build series. I wonder what would be the first bike.
We aren't doing the garage for the build series...this is just our main garage so it looks much nicer for our cars and bikes etc...
Absolutely beautiful bike the colors are amazing sorry there was an issue but good eye sounds like your dealership is damn good as well good luck with everything have a wonderful day👊🏻🤙🏼
Thank you brother!
Buy a ducati, they better than everything😂 5hit can happen on anything but for the price and the amount of people having this same issue is abit of a joke.
Its a beautiful bike. I love the rims
That's why Italian cars and bike is name FIAT - fix it again Toni
sounds like they had a defect in the castings mold, and didn't catch it. but then again, it IS Italian.
haha yeah that's what we were thinking too
My 21 v2 is in the shop again this year for the same type of leaking I think. First serviced for it at Ducati nyc now by a different dealer.
That bike is so beautiful man. I like all of your bikes, but the other ones looks so blend in comparison to that thing, its insaaaaaaane hahaha!! Also the floors looks sick, congratz!! take care
Thank you brother!
It's Christine petting and caressing the bike for me🤣
It's sad to leave the store with the bike at 0km and with problems... I experienced this with a leak in the pinion seal of a Diavel 1260S in 2021
Is this issue on standard v4 as well?
Sorry this happened ! Hope it is now repaired!
My 2022 Multistrada V4S had a similar issue leaking oil from the left side.
That is a very cool looking bike, the green is a badass color. But green is an unlikely color for me .I had a green bike for 6 yrs it was a nail magnet 6 rear tires in that time lol
damn that's a lot of nails man
Everything is going to to be fine. That floor is amazing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Good to see you have it fixed but I would never buy a Ducati brand new bike leak really
Hey budd I told you about my Ducati lamborghini STO bike as well. I didnt let the dealer road test mine and it still has 0 miles. I noticed when I took mine home that I had oil on the same exact spot as yours in your first video when you arrived at home for the first time. This sucks.
It's hard to see all this problems with the bike and with your channel😢 I hope you guy's Will comeback stronger then ever❤ 6:29
No oil pressure warning light come up on the dash?
Are they going to do the floor in the detached garage as well? It looks really good.
we are gonna wait for the detached garage as its bigger and would cost 10 to 12k and as of now we are only parking the vette in there so it doesn't get used much
That must be an issue with the 1103cc engine, I have the 2023 v4 R with 240 miles so far no leak at all.
Best engine sealant/gasket maker is loctite 5900 👌
My local dealer said they have had 3 v4s leaking oil. Quite a few reports online. Mine is in while they hopefully get a new oil pan for it and fix it.
yeah def something going on with all these bikes having the same issues...surprised Ducati hasn't released an official report about it yet
Yes I h8 to say I was one of the first owners in Australia to get a ducati v4 and it spent 2mnts in the shop because of a oil leak also same thing with my troybayliss v2 and my streetfighter sp is in the shop atm getting a oil leak fixed 😢 I thought it was just my bad luck
Been saving to buy a ducati panigale v2 now I am questioning if I still should buy one or just buy an rsv4
That garage floor looks familiar ❤
years ago when I had my 800SS it leaked oil too... the dealer was able to fix it
First mod FULL carbon part🔥
Just saw Moto million video about the same issue...they've fixed it
No gasket ! Who knew. The floor is phenomenal, but super slippy if coming in from the rain 🤔
My pikes peak multistrada chucked oil all over the rear wheel when my dad was riding it back from a service, could have been lethal, part of the reason I won't buy another ducati, I've also heard owners arguing with service people in the local dealership about oil leaks, so aware it wasn't just mine
1:11 not overfill with oil?
Ducabond - fixing a problem which didn't exist. Insane they don't put gaskets on the oil pan, this Manny guy sounds smart.
Liquid gasket, which should be fine. My SP2 had exactly the same issue - fixed under warranty and so far no further issues. Track use only.
Was so excited to ride my 1199 panigale for the first time when I came back home and parked it in the garage , pressure started building in the tank and smelling like gas and making fart sounds. Scared the shit out of me and didn’t know what to do, even called ducati and they didn’t know. Ended up riding the bike again and it went away after I parked it again. Also the bike not wanting to crank when the bike is warm was super annoying every day. Ducati knows their starters are too weak for that big engines and some other companies make aftermarket ones and stuff that Increase the voltage to start the bike easier …
Same with my dream bike a few years ago, the Hypermotard 821 SP, so many issues on a brand new bike.. had to have the engine open at less than 1k miles to replace the starter and other parts … blew up 3 O2 sensor due to overheating.
I think my issue is that I was daily driving those Ducatis🤣
Still my fav brand bc when they work they are just amazing … but I know how you feel..
im glad you do Ducati ive watched you for a long time ive always wanted a Ducati my first dream bike was a monster then Ducati sport 1000 biposto there amazing looking bikes and the cafe racer is just all sexy lol
Christina caressing the tank at 2:06. Totally unaware that she’s giving the bike goosebumps. No wonder it’s leaking.
Don’t forget the disco light for that garage
wow wow floors amazing
The oil is over-over-over filled, that doesn’t help at all with oil leaking, building up extra oil pressure.
I’ve heard 8 out of 10 Ducatis leak oil
Is the right? My 2022 Streetfighter v4s leaked oil from the clutch cover that’s because they changed to a clear clutch cover so I guess I’m the 2 out of 10.
Bruhh why are all the 2021 and up v4 engines keeps on leaking mannn
My friends v4s water pump and oil leak twice this summer in toronto he only had a month of riding
I think that the heat and pressure that the v4 engines create causes leaks in both the Ducati and the Aprilia.
That's what im saying. V4 engine bikes are only meant for track usage. Its not gonna last long. The inlins 4 is more reliable and doesn't generate much heat like the v4
Jaret, some day you should buy for your gaming room a formula 1 simulator they are so cool
Dado is a genius. The bond will always fail. Custom gasket will last near a lifetime.
The garage floor looks 👌. I can't belive how much it enhanced the look of your garage. Signature concrete artistry did a great job 👍
Lesss go...🦖🍷✨️
Hi guys.. I own a Ducati Streetfighter V2 (2022). It's my very first Ducati and it has given me so much problem from the very start. O2 sensor had issue in the 2nd month. Ducati dealer replaced it only in the 3rd month. Servo motor had issue 2 weeks later. Had to wait 3 months for a replacement from dealer. Before I replace it, engine started leaking. 1st leak on the top valve gasket. Dealer got that fixed and 1 month later, leaking again from the bottom part of the engine. When I finally get the 2nd leak issue fixed, I ride my bike back home & the coolant started leaking. Brought it back to Ducati and they did not tighten the coolant cap properly. It's only been 1 year of ownership. Damn! I've lost my love for Ducatis.
But the warranty of the card is going to be excellent excellent service like always and they’re going to fix it and they fix it and they made it beautiful again now enjoy the ride 💯👑
Scrap the bike, keep the wheels, and put on STO panigale. Keep build. Happy customer 😂😂😂😊
I was thinking you should put a device that attaches to your ceiling and shines a red dot down on your car so you know where you should stop
Ride it 60 miles and then check the oil pan. The hotter the oil the thinner it is. Ride it like you stole it and check it out. Buy a gasket from Mannie. Take care. Ride safe.
with SF V4 SP2. some visits to the workshop because of air being in the front brake! not nice... a security thing...
After some time, Ducati sent a HowTo to the workshops. The air problem affected the 2023 Panigale V4x, too. Shame on Brembo also...
If spring 2024 more problems are showing up with the SP2, then a Yamaha MT-10SP will solve all problems.
Here in Australia, we are so on to avoiding the Ducati range.
High on maintenance and constant service need issues.
If I was you that I would return it and invest on to something else.
you will see Jerret the difference of the STM dry clutch a work of art on the stritfighter the both... let me know if and how I have already told you in the past
Geppeto was on a bender with Pecco so he made the belly pan like a Toto with a large doo doo making it a Poocati.
I have the same problem just happened to me after 1800 mile😢 on my street, fighter 2023
Skip the next motorcycle build and build a barn with a man cave for the bikes !
If Bolts and ducabond fixed it
Seems like an assembly problem
My brand new MY2024 grey Nero streetfighter V4S has the same exact symptoms and leaks with only 2.7kilometres (the dealer test ride) on the clock……😢
Take it to the dealer they fixed mine no problem and no cost to me :)
@@JaretCampisi thanks yeah she’s being picked up by Ducati roadside today - BTW - love your channel bro…. You have inspired many of my mods… my only one comment is I hope you guys get to work with Dado again - you guys make a great team….. Chris from Melbourne, Australia 👊
Happy to hear that keep me posted with how it goes!
@@JaretCampisi so far so good… they’re submitting a warranty claim. 🤓🙏✅👊
Geeezus...it's like a fkn Harley!😂
My Honda Hornet didn't lose one single drop of oil after 15 years and 65'000 km! Real engineering at Honda (and all other Japanese manufacturers) vs. wanna be's at Ducati & Lamborghini... Saluti paisaa!
Cool ❤
Her zip on her jacket against the tank. Rookie move.
Personally I bought a new streetfighter v4s in 2020.
I had oil leaks coming from inside the V of the engine.
The bike was repaired in the fall, then at the start of the following season the leaks returned and in addition it was consuming water.
Results I sold it directly and I will never buy a sports bike from Ducati again! 😡
Oil leak is due to having Lamborghini Name on it. Thats how you tell it has oil in it lol..And yes I own several Italian cars and motorcycles.
This Lamborghini Streefighter is 68k and you should get her off 😊
Beautiful bike i almost bought one
You should!
It’s not a big deal it’s just a beautiful motorcycle. They’re gonna fix it. They’re little kinky just really came out but they’re gonna be amazing. Like they’re supposed to design to be amazing. Enjoy the motorcycle. Love it to the fullest. It is a Ducati for God sakes, it’s nothing but the best in the world. 👑💯
Same as mannys v4 sp. Wow.
3:36 she be checking her OF while waiting
need a bj video
What is "tactical trim"?😂
I think replacing a Gasket is the correct approach. The way they fixed your bike looks like a cowboy has done it.
i got the same issuue with my SP2
sorry to hear that man...keep me posted on how it goes
Me too, but fixed under warranty and fine after several days since then.
@@JaretCampisi will do!
My friends is leaking oil same place. Brand new 13 miles. It’s back with dealer.
yeah something is def going on...keep me posted with what they do
Mani said it yes..😢
My boyfriends v4 is back with the dealer. Leaking same place as the ones reported online. He isn’t happy as Ducati don’t seem to be acknowledging this.
sorry to hear that :(
Maybe they aren’t making a big deal of it because it’s extremely rare?
I wonder y i didn’t go for a Ducati 33 mile got problems and that price i feel for you i have triumph half the price and i hammer it not a problem hope you get sorted soon 😟
Let's be honest. You're on a triumph because you can't afford the Ducati. 🎯
@@AzTurboMini nope I run more than one vehicle thanks and mine is built better and better spec and I don’t have a oil leak so who has the most fun 🤩
@@AzTurboMini so what motorcycle 🏍 do you have then ? And my text was only saying so what it’s saying the triumph is a better motorcycle for a less price and you TH-cam title says you have a mini and no videos says a lot 😂
I think it's time to Ducati make a recall because of this problem, silicone did no resolve the issue.
I wouldn't be surprised if we saw one issued in the future...
Silicone?
She just can not keep her nose outta that phone . . even while he's filming her sitting on the bike.
