As its been presented now, it's been brushed over in an incredibly unrealistic and insensitive way. Basically ending with a "Well that was weird." If the writers didn't want to go in depth with the effects of being SA'd they should never have bothered to write it into the episode.

I don't think the writers handled anything that happened to him in those episodes in a realistic way at all but people handle different kinds of trauma in different ways I guess.

The good supes are probably killed by the bad supes, like starlight's ex, or become influenced by their peers. Also the potag supes from Gen V are not evil, mostly.
Tek Knight in the comics actually did have a reason for is sex addiction. When he died and was autopsied, they found a tumor pressing on his brain that made him want to bang anything that moved. Difference was, the comic version actually sent his sidekick away rather than do that to him and had sought therapy of his own volition

Honestly they should have had Josh Keaton play webweaver cuz he actually voices the voice of spectacular Spider-Man, he's also voiced Spider-Man parodies in Young Justice and an invincible, and reprised his role in across the spider. verse. I'm not saying that the guy they picked is bad, it's just, I feel like that was a missed opportunity.
