- bleached my hair n it went yellow so I basically dyed it grey to get rid of it lool. my sisters faded back to a nice blonde so basically im hoping that'll happen for me too!!

Omg thank you, thank you, thank you! I've bleached 3 times and still nothing would go over the brassy orangey colours that were sprinkled though my hair, and I thought what the hell and tried this. Its amazing! I bloody love it! It's not perfect but soooooo much better. I'm buying more and when we're allowed out I'm going to have a haircut.

thank you so much! this is what I was looking for after bleaching my hair to get to my natural grey hair, and after using one whole bottle of purple shampoo to try and achieve this look I did not really get the color I wanted and now I need is to get a box of the silver dye, so hope this works. does this color dye wash out fast? or do u keep having grey hair all time? if it washes out than on what color? ❤
It does wash out with a few washes. Fades over time to a silver and then basically back to the bleached blonde. But it does stay slightly silver for a good while!

They ruined my hair in very expensive salon($410!) when they tried to make me a grey bayalage and now I'm looking for grey color to cover all the brassy stains
I am watching videos to see how to get my grey hair more even and this really helps I think the even prelighting is the trick . I have seen some fails and this one came out pretty good for box color . Thanks for the video good to know it is really a runny color because I can make a mess !

this came out so pretty. but, would you say leaving it in only 15 minutes would turn hair less grey and more silvery white?
I’d deffo say so yeah. Just make sure you wash it out thoroughly xx

@@TheMopo199 Wellll... I think I left it in too long after all. It was silver grey/ purple but after a few washes it was white blonde (sorta like Daenerys). I'd say 10 minutes max. and it might have worked at the first try.
Hey the after hair looks amazing even with the band....What did you do after this to fix? I have seen some people using conditioner with red food colouring, some using Tomato Ketchup. I recently did the same thing but Using the Live Dusty Silver dye, though my roots have taken the colour really well and the bottom half had the greenish teal colour. Did you re-dye?
Once the silver faded out I put purple shampoo on my roots with dry hair and left it for about an hour and it managed to get rid of it quite well x

IDK, I used the same dye, and i was very annoyed with my result. My hair was brighter blonde than yours, and it ended up being so freaking dark, NOTHING like any of the samples on the box. I can see shades of green and blue in mine, but I can see those in yours as wel, so not sure...
That’s happened to me before when I’ve left it on for a longer amount of time. I found a bit less time made it the shiny grey x
How the hell did this work. Mine just washed off n left it on for like 30 min. Made my hair lighter blonde. My hair was a decent length n bleach fried all my hair. I'm grieved

Did it eventually fade back to blonde? Or did it need to be bleached again to go blonde?
Yeah faded to blonde but it was just a bit more toned down and ashy x

Yep it faded to blonde and took out the worst of the yellow x

sorry i saw your older video with the maki hair stuff i did not realize this was more recent . I cant get this stuff . I dont know if its a U>S thing but they ship from the UK ( to long for me to wait ) and i cant even find on amazon or ebay ,, your color came out absolutely beautiful btw
Does it damage it badly? Since I’ve bleached it 3 times since I missed being blonde but it’s yellow ish darker than urs so I wanna have it I have the same box as you
The grey hair dye doesn’t damage as far as I’ve found no xz

Can’t fully remember. I relied on dry shampoo a lot to avoid washing my hair as long as possible to keep the colour but maybe 5 washes? It stays grey slightly but not as silvery x
With it being runny, did you need both hair dye boxes?
Yes mainly as my hair is quite thick :)
Hi! How many washed did it last? I recently bleached my hair but it was very patchy :( I thought maybe using this would help but I'm not sure if this hair dye will last
It lasts about 5 washes maybe with the colour staying strong and then it fades to a light silver blonde x

How long did u color last? Without grey falling
It did last quite a while as I would try to wait longer to wash my hair and use dry shampoo to make the colour last longer but I’d say maybe 7 or more washes?
Hey! so I did this with a different brand of silver/white and the brassy parts are a bit green-ish?
Any ideas on how I could deal with that? I'm considering just accepting a purple tint and putting in some semi-permanent purple just to counteract the greenish color. (Comments from anyone with experience much appreciated!)
I heard putting ketchup would cancel out the green
Red cancels green. Purple cancels the brass color. How did yours turn ?

Can’t remember exactly. But I recently got some off asos. Can get anywhere like Superdrug, boots, Tesco etc x
I ordered this color thanks to you and how wonderul your hair came out w this box dye witch is the only way i am comfortable doing outside of going to the salon ,, mixing and measuring scares me very much ,, but box dyes dont ever come out the same as when u pay to have your hair done naturally ,, but your video is the best grey of all of the box dyes and is tied if not a close second to every grey i saw on u tube period and that included everyone that ws mixing there own toners and having the greys and silvers professionally done,, I never would have come in contact with this stuff since we dont carry it here in the U S Im almost sure of that as i spent literally hours trying to order from a place locally as i was sure that if i had to order outside of the US that i would not get my dye in time ,, but i was wrong it came within three days witch i have gotten semi used to since the lovely Corona situation its only been very recently that you can get next day delivery anyhow and that still remains the case from my favorite vendor amazon and even they being my holey grail had 0 sign of ever having had this product,, so yes i am so thankful because your silver looks even better than the silver i paid hundreds to get years ago when this became the rage and before i decided i actually liked for the silver to be a bit darker and more like a greysish witch urs also fills the bill as i stated above in comparisons to every one i painfully sat through the other day ,,. and my hair currently is bleached to start w exact;ly like yours is and i think our complexion is also similair so w that everything is a go and the only thing i am doing currently appears to be stalling ,, so fingers crossed i am off to replicate yr look,,,,

Hey idk if anyone will help but i just bleached my hair one time and it’s completely yellow rn is it okay to dye it grey or should i use other products in order to dye it like toner or smth because people are confusing me
Depends how yellow it is I think. Try a purple shampoo first incase it helps maybe but this dye will probably cover it I think x

I did this today and I guess my hair was too white, I now have navy blue hair😩😬

Awh I’m glad my video was useful! To be fair I dyed it a second time with the same dye and it seemed to go darker but I think I didn’t wash it out properly on the first wash so I do reckon it’ll fade to the proper silver!xx
Can I mix platinum feria with smokey silver feria?
im about to use not this dye but the little bit darker one from this. my roots are white and rest of my hair is kinda gingerish orange but now very bright. can anyone PLEASE 😭😭tell me if it will work? i dont want to be orange but i want to continue my bleaching progress after couple months. toners dont do anything
Maybe try a little bleach bath on the darker ginger ends so it’s not as harsh?x

How long does it take for the gray to fade?
It does fade quite quick after about 6 washes if I remember rightly but it does generally stay a tinted grey x

Looks beautiful love it by the way tooth paste will shine up Tiffany chain use any toothpaste white toothpaste on paper towel with a little water rub on chain you will see like the black residue that comes off of silver jewelry it’s a easy quick fix again love the hair and makeup you look beautiful

If you ever bleach your hair again olaplex can be super expensive but there is a really really good dupe for it in superdrug called pureplex so so good ;)

Kari Kahler-Lara it did remove the yellow and fade to a good blonde after a few washes! I left purple shampoo on the stubborn yellow roots for about half an hour and that sorted them out too x

About 7 washes for the strong colour but it leaves a grey hint always x
the front is yellowish is that because the front was lighter bleached than the rest of your hair
Yeah it’s because it needed to be bleached lighter
I tried dying my hair silver/grey with the live colour dye brand but none of it took so I just bought the dye that u used and I am hoping it works as well as yours XD you look beautiful with and without makeup btw💓

Yeah I said in the video about bleach bathing them, I ended up leaving purple shampoo on just the roots for about half hour and it sorted them out xx
