Nice way to start my morning on a rest day after a long hike yesterday. I didn't want a full-length session, as my body needs rest, but I did want to stay mobile. This was perfect.

Hi Tim- Love the instruction on the bridge pose for moving from the outer should rather than tucking the shoulders. Which... I normally do. It is very different and I found access to a whole new bunch of muscles! Splendid as always. Thank you!!!

Thanks Jim! The standard "vinyasa" in a flow sequence is chaturanga, up dog, down dog... However, yogis with shoulder or back stuff or if your arms are toast after a few, consider skipping it completely or modifying :) Hope this helps!

At the end of this practice, I was attacked by my dog with kisses and laying on top of me! Literally is the best kind of meditation/corpse pose! Loved this juicy morning practice, thank you tim! Namaste!
