What's amazing to me is the equipment he uses. Not a cnc machine in sight, all by hand. I can't even imagine what he could build if he had cnc machines to use. Awesome work.
Great work a while back you made a horizontally opposed twin engine, but both pistons shared a crank pin and I pointed out that it wasn’t truly a boxer. I had no doubt that you could build a boxer and I’m glad that you decided to do it. Awesome work keep it up.
I repair bikes too but, man, if I had just 20% of the machining/precision skills Dan has, I'd be over the moon!! Good job Dan, I've been watching your channel for a long while and your work just blows my mind 💪🏼💪🏼
I didn't think the 2t boxer could have a shared intake because one side would greedily suck everything first due to any slight port asymmetry. The advantage of the 2t boxer is the perfect balance (the rocking couple is quite marginal) and the split bearing load. So instead of reservicing one big engine frequently, you replace two sets of stuff but not as often, nominally lasting twice as long, more like time and a half irl. It looks great!
Thats a grate idea 💡! Boxer 2-stroke is one of the lowest vibration 2 cylinder engine designs. (Both cylinders fire at the same time, in opposite direction)
I have been following Le Dan for many years now. Was not sure that a 2 Strike Horizontally opposed Twin could run with a common Crank case. I was not sure if the crank case compression would work. It does when the pistons are on the "downward stroke". Also helps with p[ort scavenging. Well it does an smoothly at that. Good one Dan. Next is to see this engine in a bike. Keep up the "back yard Engineering". you inspire us. Derek from, Durban, South Africa.
You should either narrate or put subtitles to explain what you’re doing and why. It’d be a far more effective teaching tool than simple observation, still this is very interesting and informative, bravo master mechanic and machinist.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I have a few of those Robin engines and I love them, seeing you do this makes me want to do the same thing. you should build 2 expansion chambers for it now
The holding bolts of the cylinder and crank assembly should be heavy as it is aluminium, we may see this on the road soon..you guys are crazy.... nice work..
Dude, why and how are you not making engines for a major company yet ... You're doing the same work as a whole Development and Engineering team with less then 1/4 of the tooling a team of Engineers and Machinists has at their disposal or the budget, granted this is smaller scale work but clearly you've got the mind and talent for it.
Sachs Wankel engine for the next project. Good luck finding parts, or just make it. Machine some rotor and make the apex seal in the shop your self.... 🔥

His brain does the CNC part, just the way Allen Millyard does it.
As you see in the videos, there’s heaps to be done with a mill and lathe 👍🏼
Cnc just for mass production...
A CNC isn't some magic device for one off things like this a CNC would take some much longer and be no better
I'm following you quite a while now. You always amaze me with your projects.
Best thing I find with these custom engine builds by Le dan is the amazing quality and the flip-flops

Le Dan Engineering and Custom shop. We can build it, yes we can. Formidable skill set and understanding of engines. Thanks for posting.
"You have worked very hard on this item; I admire your precision work. Excellent job. "👍
Once again, we saw a well-thought-out, skillfully implemented project.
Hi Le Dan, Been here since the past years, Keep it up bro. Youve made it far. Congrats
Wow this is the type of stuff I want to see!!!! 2 stroke lovers check in!!! Great job!
Another display of brilliance at the tailend of the internal combustion era. Thumbs-up!

Bravo! Another excellent engine completed! :)
This guy is above and beyond, my God...
love how low it idles down and how eager it is to run. Mr Honda would be proud ...............even though he did'nt like 2 strokes ............lol !

Bạn nói chính xác👍. Tụi nó chỉ trọng dụng những thành phần COCC
Cái này ngta làm từ cả trăm năm trước rồi, đừng tiêu cực quá mấy em
@@nguyenphan8819 Vậy bạn thử làm lại xem nào 😂😂

Hey Dan..
You are a true master in enginering
This is so sick it would sound so good with some big expansion pipes wish I could do this
Cant wait to see with a proper exaust!
Beautiful work.
This guy alone out skills everyone in south scooter team. Talented and humble
Your running out of idea's now Dan you have made everything 😂😂🤘🤘
v12 outta 50cc engines?
He hasn’t made a straight 6 yet and put it in a motorcycle that’s one I wanna see
They will just get bigger and better i guess!
He needs to build a dyno to test all these awesome builds out.
@@cerberes that’s a good idea
Absolute madlad
Du hast mictg
Amazing guy!

IT WAS SPECTACULAR, A BEAUTY
Good video Dan, no loud crappy music.
Would love to see a more perfomance orientated build and then put it on a dyno. The aftermarket options are really big in your country.
Nice video, thanks :)
Waiting for a video about a 1000cc crossplane v8 from 125 cc engines
hóng clip của fen bữa giờ...
Wow you have a brilliant brain and super creative. Amazing fabrication skills
Genius! Great work brother bravo 👍🤠🤩
Magnífico... Un verdadero genio... 😃
Contentwise..i liked and enjoyed it
good job brother keep it up
Present Bro from the Philippines 🙋

Quá tuyệt vời chờ mãi mới thấy bạn tesd
Chỗ vô lăng phía trước a độ thêm cái cánh quạt làm mát thì quá đẹp
That’s insane 👌👌
Mantap Lur, terima kasih
Tapered bearings would have been a better choice for handling the bevel gear axial loads. Ball bearings are not designed for that. Nice job!
sắp tới chinh phục đông cơ rotary đi a
Really Cool.

Quá đẳng cấp rồi, thợ VN mình quá đỉnh
Good one
V tunderious ..what could be the need of such engine am curious
Rất thích video của a..quá thông minh

top work mate
Another great build ! Can I see a spark jumping from the coil on the kick-start side cylinder ?🤔
Amazing!
Mai tét chạy thử nghe. Hóng
Daul carbs and tuned expansion chambers
Thật sự quá đẳng cấp quá ngưỡng mộ a❤
I’m thinking a seven cylinder radial for the next one.
Awesome .build your gonna go bigger and more cylinders
Incredible!!!
Ad thử chế động cơ 2 thì 4 xilanh đi ạ
You can add cooling fan at the front
The best 💪MS mecano Le dan 💪💪
🤩🤩🤩🤩Nice job👌👌👌👌👌👏👏👏👏
Fuel injector conversion with turbo kit plz 🙏 you could be the first firs to make real boost with a small engine
Looks and sounds super mean. Now I want one LOL. Could you imagine that on a kart?
Gắn cục máy này lên xe cúp là đẹp hết ý luôn á e ❤❤❤

These cylinders are for an engine with forced cooling, they might overheat without a fan blowing air over them.
19:40 bottom left coil is arcing to engine?
Very good...
Cool bevel drive ! How about a small pull through supercharger to better fill rhe cylinders now they are sharing the crankcase ?
brilliant 😎
Amazing...
10/10 bro
Nice talent
Genius🎖
Mekanik yang serba bisa ini❤❤❤
Nice..
What would one use the front flat crankshaft pulley for ?
Next level flat 4 cylindre 👍😉
